The hotel is really a 5*. The service, The food, really nice, everyone want to help, they ask all what they need. We wanted a relaxing place for me and my wife, that's perfect, but if you like to party, there is a speciell time for that to, every night 23.00 The bus come and drive you front ant 03.00 back, so lots of joy, love it😘

I was at Q Premium with my mom and we loved it here! We would like to come here again. The service was perfect, so was the animation team. The staff is so nice to everyone, smiling all the time. You will feel very good if you come here. 10/10!

The hotel and the beach are beautiful, but the treatment of the guests is terrible. We arrived at night. No one showed the hungry passengers where to find food. Nothing is dead. No one speaks English properly, only Russian and Polish. The next day, they didn't tell us where to find the sauna, the gym, the restaurant or where the beach is either. There was a key to the room. We were two girlfriends, we asked for one more, so we had to pay. Internet is not available in your room, only on the -2nd floor. Pay for it if you want. There is nothing for those with milk sensitivities or diabetics. They despised me for seed milk. The towels are rough, old, worn out even on the beach. The pins are junk. Not 5*. I got ill. They didn't send a doctor, I hunted. I waited hours for my medicine because they didn't bring it from the pharmacy. Disappointment

Starting from second day my pregnant fiancé have to go to doctor clinic to get a drip, because in that hotel was something wrong, some virus around. Next day my Mather-in-law have the same but without doctor, another evening we have stronger issues with out 2years daughter we went to the doctor clinic she got a drip but wasn’t enough, around afternoon we bring emergency (112) to take us to the hospital where we spent with daughter almost 2days. In last day I got the same virus, I lost around 4 kilograms. I don’t know what’s happened with that place but other people also have some issues with stomach. In all inclusive form they are providing snaks from 12 till 15.30 but when I went they to take a fries they told me I can take just cold because they are closing soon, when I said I will go to manager they make for me new one. The similar story was about diner, dinner it’s form 19 till 21. But around 20:30 they are sending guests outside because how they said restaurant it’s closed. Another stupid it’s about WiFi, in one place U have free WiFi rest it’s cost for 7 day 15€ per one device. So if U are with family and children U have to spend for that 60/90€. They are not cleaning room, just changing towels but when they want, I put the button,,please clean my room” at morning but nobody come, when I called to reception they sent some lady with towels then I asked to take out trash and give us toilet paper and water. I made a big mistake to choose that hotel and I’m confused about his opinion in Google and Tripadvisor.

We were excited to spend a week there, but our trip took a nightmarish turn just two days in. We both ended up hospitalized due to severe food poisoning caused by the horrendous food hygiene standards at the hotel. Not only did the food make us sick, but the staff and management displayed a complete lack of empathy and courtesy during our ordeal. We had to endure hospitalization and a seven-day course of three different antibiotics to recover. As a result, we're unable to enjoy the all-inclusive package we had paid for. What's most disheartening is the hotel management's refusal to acknowledge their responsibility in this ordeal. They dismiss our claims that their food caused our food poisoning, leaving us without any compensation for the suffering they caused or for the remainder of our stay. We even provided doctors reports that evidenced food poisoning, the treatment and medication we have been prescribed. However, they still refuse that this is a result of the hotels food. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice and choose an establishment that prioritizes the safety and well-being of its guests. Our experience was not only distressing but also financially and emotionally draining. Stay away from this place if you value your health and peace of mind. There are hundreds of Google reviews that warn of food poisoning at this hotel. Please read these reviews and don’t make the same mistake as we did.

Fun hotel with many activities! The food was great and the entertainment was fun. Beach volleyball, water aerobics, clubbing, karaoke. Had a great time with family. Rooms are cleaned regularly, and refilled regularly.

Very fun animation team! Great facilities and rooms. Food is always available with varieties of options. The animation team takes you to clubs in Alanya, highly recommended! Club Illusion was very fun, they also served hookah in the hotel a few nights.

I just came back from the q premium hotel and I want to say that after 8 years of going to Turkey, this was the most horrible experience I've had. I paid for ultra all inclusive but they don't know what is the difference between all inclusive and ultra all inclusive, they didn't have any imported drinks but only alcoholic drinks which were a mess. the food is bad and not at all differentiated, in 7 days I saw 80% of the same food every day, the services are a disgrace, the towels in the bathroom were changed twice, the hotel staff are very rude and you think you are offending them if you ask them something, a lot of people don't speak English, the sunbeds on the beach and at the pool were insufficient, and to make everything complete the covered canopies at the pool and at the beach were at extra cost, if you wanted bottled water you had to go to the beach bar because in the lobby you could only take by the glass, in the minibar in the room you had four juices and two mineral waters for free only on the first day and for the other days you have to pay, the juices in the dispenser are of poor quality. the beach with stones, the entrance to the water very steep and the same with many stones. the free internet is almost non-existent, as well as the paid internet that works only in the room. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I never want to hear of this name again.

When you come to this hotel remember to bring a torch as this hotel is very stingy and turns off their lights after a certain time its so sad that the workers cleaning tables with phone tourch even our room was dark!whenever we go to the main restaurant we have to find our seats ourselves and get our own knife and forks here too which is absolutely pathetic and embarrassing as it’s meant to be a 5 start resort, when ordering drinks we have to keep reminding the workers about our drinks as they are very lazy the toilets are absolutely disgusting and not clean,me and my family ended up vomiting and having diarrhoea from the food as I think they put out the left over food from yesterday as the ovner of the hotel is very stingy! We paid for the doctors 500 euro .
