Приятный отель! Близко к морю. Разнообразное питание, говядина каждый день, можно кушать в любое время дня, и у бассейна и на пляже, даже если пропустили обед. Приемлимый местный алкоголь. Чистота номера, вполне для страны. Персонал приветливый. Из 30+ отелей Турции запомнился положительно, вернусь когда-нибудь!

В январе в отеле работает сауна, хамам, фитнес. Кондиционер хорошо работал на обогрев. Кормят нормально.

From arrival we met your reception team Melis & Erkan They were so friendly and welcomed us warmly. It was a very long journey from the airport it was so nice that you had the facility for us to get a nice bowl of soup and bread which I've never had in a hotel before.

Great resort for the whole family. Everyone very professional and polite. Special thank you to the kitchen and dining staff who continuously work hard to provide a great variety of food and drink. Rooms are very spacious and the views are amazing no matter which side you are facing. Oba beach is under a 10 minute walk. Beautiful views of the Mediterranean coast. The whole family loved this place. Would really like to go back one day. Markets are held around the corner from the resort on Mondays and Thursdays. You can pick up bargains but shop around before buying. There's many stalls and it does get a bit overwhelming. Just note that most shopkeepers will quote in euros rather than lira.

What a fantastic holiday ,staff are very friendly and food and cocktails were amazing my favorite one was sunset cocktail and Turkish tea chefs were amazing good food great people highly recommended this hotel and try their spa as well it’s really nice Mr Bünyamin Doganalp was my favorite person much love from Puzan Malla

We had a lovely time in Avena Resort & Spa. Hotel is located on 2 hours drive from Antalya airport. This is a 3 star hotel, not 5. Food was awesome! I am a fussy eater, but I cannot say what was better main meal, sweets, cakes, breakfast, dinner... The staff was lovely, kind and polite. Room was big and clean. Walls are thin like in any other 3 star hotel. In November you cannot do much in the hotel, there is no animation team. Hotel is located 3 minutes walk from the beach, but in this time of the year you cannot sunbathe or swim. There is pool, darts and bowling in Delfin game center - 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommended! Bazar is a must go! On Monday and Thursday you can find big range of nice and cheap clothes. Please note tips are their way of living. So before check out, be sure that you have put some money in the tips box.

I have read some negative reviews about the hotel from probably those who like to just complain. So I want to give an honest review about the hotel and its facilities. The hotel is in a nice location, not to far from the beach, surrounded by a selection of shops, restaurants and markets. We never used the local places to eat as we were all inclusive. But the little town had a friendly bustling feel to it, without it being to much. The local market on Monday was far bigger than we had expected and was full of everything you could think off. Mostly clothing I might add. Overall the area felt safe and all the shop keepers we met were very friendly and not pushy. The hotel and the staff are amazing, our rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. It was cleaned and checked every day. All the staff were amazing. They loves the kids and we're happy to make up kids cocktails for them. I've seen people moaning about the food so let me put you straight. The food is amazing, there is so much choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you not adventurous you could eat boring chips and pasta every day. But like us we wanted to try all the different dishes on offer. Yes there were some we didn't like, but there were many we did. There is moaning that the snacks by the pool or on the beach were the same every day. Yes they were, but they were tasty and are just snacks!!!. There was no stopping you going into the restaurant and having proper food at lunch. The snacks were nice, well cooked and just what you needed lounging around the pool or beach. There is moaning about the busy road but no context to this. Yes the hotel is a 3 minute walk to the beach. This is down 2 quiet roads. You then meet the main beach road which is very busy. But there is an underpass leading straight to the beach. So there is no reason to complain about crossing the road. Our only criticism would be the animation team and the evening entertainment. They were engaging during the day but the evening shows didn't start till after 9.30pm and not much thought went into them. It could be down to it being the end of the season. But I'm glad we didn't have to pay to watch them. Overall the hotel and the food is excellent, I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting an all inclusive holiday close to the beach. One last thing...this is a Muslim country that like us has its own traditions. The Iman from the local mosque does call the locals to prayer. Yes it is early in the morning but I found it nice that I was waking up in a foreign country and appreciate there culture. Smoking is also part of their culture and other nations as well. They don't smoke inside, but you can smoke outside around the pool. The hotel is trying to cater for all holiday makers. Its not a British hotel in Britain, they don't cattle prod smokers into a small shelter at the back of the hotel. So its not nice for a non smoker like me, but it's there way so just get over it.

We arrived early morning could not book in to room until two pm, fair enough staff all friendly no problems there credit to the place. WiFi Extra! Yes it’s like 10years ago when everyone had to crowd in the lobby, if they want free Wi-Fi We where put in the rooms near entertainment centre, if you get these rooms, forget about having any quiet time at night until after 11:30, you will have the joy of your own hotel music along with next door hotel music both playing at same time not nice. Hope there isn’t a power cut like there was when we had our stay as you will have the pleasure of the generator keeping you up all night. Very loud! Food very poor I’m afraid same ever day and cold. Beach short walk away where non-alcoholic drinks are free but no beer down there as part of your all inclusive. But there is free Wi-Fi which is nice. The beach is nice also. We all got bad belly’s which we can only put down to the food as we only ate there. Over all place could do much better

Stayed here for 10 days. The hotel is very good. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant and cleaning staff work very hard and most were friendly too. The food was excellent, plenty of choice even for vegetarian/vegan eaters. Ignore the picky/fussy eater reviews..... they should go self catering and not all inclusive. Also your in Turkey so the food is predominantly Turkish. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean though if you get a room on the 3rd block they are smaller. All in all I would recommend this hotel

Amazing hotel, amazing staff.. stayed on the 3rd floor in a family of 4 room, good sizing with a balcony over looking the front of the hotel which was nice as you could see the mountains during the day. When we first checked in the bedroom&bathroom wasnt as clean, bedroom had quite abit of dust around, especially under the beds. The toilet seat had fluff & couple hairs, the shower head wasnt as powerful and if you had moved the temp an inch to the side it would be too hot and same with the other would be too cold but the handheld showerhead was powerful and a lot better.. room was made every day with fresh water bottle left & some in the fridge on arrival, overrall room does the job for you. Tv couldnt get english speaking channels a couple could change on settings but majority was in german or french Breakfast, lunch & dinner had a range of options, even if you are a fussy eater. Good location for shopping as there were many around just have to find the ones that give you the best price, have to shoutout memos bags & shoes opposite the hotel, lovely guys, down to earth really help you out to choose something, got to know these over the days & also scarface clothes shop, really lovely guys, have a good range of tracksuits/tshirts, all sorts with all diff colours you wouldnt find in the uk.. the beach only a 5/10 min walk from the hotel, plenty of sun loungers, quite clean & good views.. went pebble searching & found some nice unusual ones

Lovely hotel! Very clean, cleaners ! Food it is what it is lol all inclusive. Always something for someone! Entertainment is amazing! The staff are brilliant! Ali mert and Efe their made are holiday very special. This is my second time at the hotel and the entertainment team was brilliant. We meet some lovely people there. We would come again for them!!!
