The place is nice and good for everyone I recommended the place as it’s quite and near from other fast food and restaurants and other places to visit and take some pictures and see the sunset near beaches and staff is intimidating in a good way but still they tried their best to provide what they can.

Everything was excellent

We quite satisfied to stay there for short holiday.

Room is cold, aircon is not strong enough to cover even the bed Location is acceptable, short drive to the city center The reception was unhelpful and very inflexible in accommodating requests to keep the same room for back to back bookings Would check out other hotels in future

good sized clean room ,great staff and a restaurant that served fantastic meals. i would have tasted the complete menu if i had stayed longer than the the four days. Albany is a good place to visit when travelling the south coast of western australia.

Stayed 3 nights suppose to be renovated room but the door didn’t close properly , rain was coming from under the door it was a cold night !! Bathroom and toilet were definitely not clean and sleeping next to dust. Waited over hour for room service for it to be a cold dinner , not even a microwave to heat food up . Won’t be back 😳

We had a round trip in Western Australia and spent 6 times in motels. ACE Accommodation was easily the best by far. After a dreadful experience in Esperance we entered the room at Mandala Ace Accommodation and it was like entering another world. The room was bright clean and smelling fresh. The beds were comfortable, we had the sun shining in and it felt just lovely. The shower was good and the bathroom was perfect. The layout of the room was well thought out with the single bed slightly separated from the double bed area. I will recommend anyone going to Albany to stay here for a good, well priced overnight stay, ACE was a good description!

We picked accommodation based on previous reviews. Room was clean and decor nice. Beds comfortable. Plenty of parking out front of accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downfall was the rancid smell in the shower cubical. This smelt like rotten fish and did not get any better after using the shower. Second night we had maggots coming up the plug hole. This was the reason for our rating and would have been better if we didn’t encounter the smell. Location was good and within good reach to town centre.

I would have to say this was the worst motel we have stayed at. Be careful and also be careful of you debit/credit card you leave on your room bookng! We had 3 nights here. One night was paid for as a business trip and I paid an extra 2 nights so we could make a long weekend out of it. On arrival I explained to the lady I had booked 2 extra nights on top of the free night and wanted to keep the same room and she just couldn't understand what I meant. The customer service was terrible. We had one key between two of us. We ended up accidently locking our selves out of the room at 7am. Rang the number on reception door was told that they do not open until 7.30am. What is the point of having an after hours number if you wanted to palm us off! The lady sounded disgruntled that she had to come down and let us back in our room and when she arrived at our room she was least impressed! She was incredibly rude and was an innocent mistake on our behalf. Our room was never cleaned even though I had requested this to be done on the 2nd day. To make the experience even worse they charged someone else's booking to My debit card which left me with no money for the rest of my trip. They refunded it back however it will take 3-5 business days for that money to clear. They were incompetent and we will not be staying here again. I've stayed in better cleaner places for less than what we paid for this place.

Clean, cosy, modern, newly renovated and spacious room - all of these with a very competitive price tag. What else you can ask for? I’ll definitely be back again in the near future. Highly recommended. P/s: would appreciate if internet speed can be improved further

An excellent place to stay, the buffet breakfast best I’ve ever had, good selection of foods, the scrambled eggs best baine marie ever. The evening 3 course meals, perfectly.cooked, good selection. Rooms very clean and well appointed. Staff and owners very friendly Will definitely return

Ace motel went out of their way to accomadate our Shirley tour group travelling with Xfactor tours. We had 3 nights at motel and staff were very friendly and helpfull. Food was very good, we had buffet style breakfast and set evening meal. Beds were very comfortable and well set out. Would highly recommend this motel, not 5 star but exceptional value.
