Location really good, private part of the beach. All rooms have a small balcony, huge shower and plenty of storage space. Waiting staff are extremely hard working and very friendly. Good selection of food. Only thing missing was a kettle in the room

Good location, good food, friendly staff, clean room, smells good in the room and overall the hotel looks good. There is a gym and sauna which is nice. All the rooms are far from the elevator so it was quiet in the room. Free big bottle of water almost every day, it saved me.

Mid way through the holiday but thought I'd take the opportunity to write my review now. After arriving later than planned (around midnight) due to flight delays we were told our room had problems and we would not be able to check in until the morning once it had been resolved. The hotel checked us into a hotel around the corner for the night and said come back in the morning. Although I had my doubts I went with it. The next morning we arrived back at the hotel to ask about checking in and they said around 30 minutes, to go get breakfast and come back. 20 minutes later we were checked in and in our hotel room. Now we could relax. The manager of this hotel is a diamond and she constantly apologised and made sure we were happy, she even gave us a free 15 minute massage, a bottle of red wine and some macaroons as a way to make up for it. The restaurant and bar staff are very attentive and quick at cleaning away plates and glasses. The pool area is kept very clean and the bar staff are friendly. We booked our excursions (Turkish bath, quad safari, boat trip and the canyons) through the hotel and they were all brilliant for a reasonable price. The food is just typical all inclusive food and you will always find something to eat, even my fussy eater friend found something to eat ever day and said it's better than she expected. The rooms are absolutely fine, the bathroom and shower we had was big and very powerful. Don't believe the bad reviews this hotel gets it's a lovely place and very friendly. I'd definitely come back.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Kaila City Hotel on our first family trip to Turkey. Despite being over two hours from Antalya Airport, the hotel's perfect location provided access to beautiful beaches. The service was delightful, with friendly and attentive staff, and the food quality improved as our stay progressed. I highly recommend this hotel.

So before I write my review I want to tell you a story about what happened to me before I arrived , I was meant to book Kaila beach hotel and not Kaila city hotel but my girlfriend booked after me and I had thought I had booked Kaila beach hotel and that’s what she booked so we were in two different t hotels so we had an issue but two very special people made sure we were all together so here goes my review. So six of us arrived on the 7th of August to Kaila city hotel upon arrival we were met by two gentleman who welcomed us checked us in and took us to our rooms as it’s was in the early hours , as we had two rooms they had put us next door to each other which was perfect and we was on the first floor also , the next morning we got up and got sorted and headed down for breakfast and to check everything out , breakfast had a range of different things for everyone and having 4 children with me who are fussy eaters they all ate something throughout the 14 days we were there , the pool area was great for the kids and we always got sun beds , the staff were amazing they couldn’t do enough for you all so nice and polite , the lunch and dinner was mostly good throughout the 14 days I can’t complain , the hotel was cleaned continuously, the rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels also everyone at this hotel does a great job and work hard , the only thing I do think could be better is the drink selection for adults as you have to pay for cocktails and this is the first time I have ever had to do that on an all inclusive holiday but all of the above outweighs that , outside the hotel there are plenty of shops and places to eat near by which is also good so that’s it about the hotel all I can say is we enjoyed our stay and will be back as we enjoyed every second of it. So I think on the Thursday or Friday I met Ali see picture so you know who he is who is one of the guys around the pool area and we got chatting and I explained my situation to him regarding the hotel situation and he said I will try sort for you , within 30 minutes he had come back and said it shouldn’t be a problem and they just had to speak with the manager , that day it was agreed my partner and her daughter could swap hotels when they arrived in the Sunday so they could be with us and they would put us all in a family room which was perfect , so Banuhan the manger see picture was in constant contact with me about everything and sorted everything for us , if it wasn’t for Ali and Banuhan are holiday would still of been good as we would of just had to get on with it and adjust but these two people made our holiday extra special and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality , so even though I booked the wrong hotel it was the best thing I done, thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our stay special xx

I’m really happy that I chose this hotel for my vacation. Everything was very clean, lots of delicious food and best staff. Everyone was very helpful and nice. We had so much fun at the pool and the beach. They also offered very nice traditional food at the beach. Thank you!

It was a great stay, I would recommend this hotel for holiday. The staff is really nice and friendly, feels almost like a family business, you can tell they like their job and guests. The food is really tasty, it's a self service buffet and there's a lot to choose from. The beach is about 5 minute walk form the beach and close to local bazaars and bus stop. On some evenings there was live music or a dance show, it was nice. Overall it was a great stay and good value for the money.

The hotel is great, even as the staff. And I really grateful for the help the give me when my transfer did not pick me up. They made several calls to my tour guide, I even spoke with him. And his answer was he did all he can by contacting the transfer. But to the great help off the manager I got on time to Antalya. Without her I definitely would have miss my flight

Staff very tentative, happy people, nothing was too much trouble. Food great, rooms clean. Hotel has private beach area with endless soft drinks and lunch. Reception manager, Banuhan, brilliant. We are returning in Oct for another fab week.

Request a seaview room. Views are amazing. Staff are very friendly and professional. Food is buffet style and plenty of choices. Unlimited beverages, all inclusive. Two swimming pools and plenty sunbeds. Already booked to return in September.

Kaila City has the best service, very good food. They hosted us like family. Lovely place and people. We would like to come back in the next year. The location near a lot of shop, bazaar, pubs, live music and beach is very close. I highly recommend this hotel.
