They took us in at short notice. Room clean with a bridge view - good for one night. Miles to walk to the room and it all felt a bit spooky with no-one around in vast inside spaces. The breakfast wasn't good with scrambled egg and bacon cooked hours beforehand. Good parking. Nice staff. I tried to wash my hair which was a mistake as the shower attachment wasn't working and I had to bend down under the bath taps to get any water on my hair. I mentioned this to reception when we left and there was no attempt at any compensation - they said I should have called them at the time. I couldn't as I had already get ready for bed before I realized that the shower was broken. Disappointing.

The hotel is located right next to the ocean, 10 minutes walk to the train station, 20 minutes walk to town. It is a huge complex that can host several conferences each day. The room is very basic but clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent. You need to make reservation early, otherwise the next restaurant might be 20 minutes to town. The hotel has a very nice fitness center with a swimming pool, sauna rooms etc I enjoyed very much. You can rent a bike for free from the hotel right to town or outside like a local. Nyborg is a very small but Beautiful and quiet town. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The Bistro has excellent food. They have a very nice salad bar. My mother really liked her chicken that came with a nice sauce. The waitstaff was very nice, especially Peter. The place is small but worth the visit.

What a shame, this hotel used to be a gem. Already on arrival, the employee was unable to take our complaint into account. The room smelled musty and smoky. - We don’t have another room in the booked category- he took another 200 DKK from us to be upgraded. The breakfast buffet, which had been lovingly prepared during other stays, was more reminiscent of a youth hostel buffet. Bare banquet tables without tablecloth, no butter only magarine. The windows in the pool could be cleaned again then you could also look into the beautiful park. A real pity

The Spa with pool and sauna is nice. Parking spaces always available. Breakfast is quite good.

Beautiful location and enough space for free parking. Huge hotel with conference rooms. The room we had was basic and small and does not have airco. This made the room a little too hot for a comfortable night sleep. Bathroom is small. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Hotel is next to the water. Staff is helpful and nice.
