**RE: COMPLAINT Unpleasant Odor in the Room During Stay **

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with how serious issues during my recent stay at your property were handled.
This is about our first day after we checked in the house — we immediately complained to you about the unpleasant smell coming from one of the room’s toilets.
We tried to call you to describe the situation in more detail, but our calls were ignored. Instead, a maintenance person showed up and handed us two packs of air freshener, which had absolutely no effect on the smell after we tried. *This was not a proper solution given the seriousness of the issue.*
We also requested to be moved to a different house due to the unbearable condition — but this request was ignored as well.
*The odor resembled rusty water or possibly sewage*, *and it became so intense during the night that it woke me from my sleep around MIDNIGHT **
To make things worse, we later discovered the same unpleasant, rusty smell in a section of the basement car park, where a pipe appears to be leaking. This suggests a possible drainage or sewage issue, raising real concerns about hygiene and safety.
Given the impact on my rest and overall experience, the ignored communication, inadequate response, the unresolved odor, and the potential health risk,
I believe it’s fair to request a partial refund or appropriate compensation. Please take this complaint seriously!
