其實這是我比較喜歡的德國酒店，自動化的無人酒店，當然也會有做衞生的服務員，內部有辦公區域，並且都是通過手機來進入的，對於外國遊客來説，可以避免很多語言不通的尷尬。還有廚房和電視，很不錯。酒店很新，衞生也不錯。

離市中心稍遠了一些，完全自助式的酒店。有問題靠電話找客户，還算能及時解決問題。就是沒有人每天打掃房間有點不能接受。

房間很新很棒，廚具齊全但沒有調味料。冰箱也很大一台，也有烤箱，但沒有微波爐！浴室居然有潤髮乳，地點也很方便！

差評！差評！差評！差評！差評！差評！差評！差評！差評！差評！差評！差評！和圖片完全不相符！沒有前台，萬里之外衹能找攜程客服處理問題！房間又小衞生又差！不過攜程客服態度一直很好也能及時解決問題！

Pro's: Apartment was easy to find and well located. Wifi worked well, (comfort suite) apartment was relatively spacious. Style of furnishings was ok. Con's: Not so easy to find parking. No reception desk makes it annoying if you have queries. If you check in online (rather than at the terminal in 'reception') you don't get a room key and have to find the webpage on your phone every time you want to open a door, very annoying! Floor to ceiling windows and SKYLIGHT with no covering means room is very light at night and not for someone like me who needs darkness to sleep! (This is on the comfort suite apt.) Microwave (built into the oven) did not work. Cleaners do the bare minimum. Back of oven filthy. Shampoo marks on the bathroom window shade, sofa had stains on.

The cotton towers are not clean enough. I hope you ensure all the beds and towers are washed before the new guest arrives. Clean stuff is the most important issue for the reputation of any hotel.

Eco-Apartments, Nürnberg An interesting property! Trying to get entry is cumbersome! But when calling the property reception so to speak, the lady very helpful and assisting us to get Credit Card style cards issued which worked like a charm, suggestion don’t reply on the internet (correction card worked fine first day, but 2nd day onwards didn’t work at the Gym, had to get the internet log in working, wasted 25 minutes) The Good: its walking distance to FrauenTor & Altstadt including 2 great churches & shopping/markets etc! Apartment itself small but nicely furnished, great for 1 person, adequate at best for 2, if you carry luggage for 6 weeks! (Furniture apparently mainly chinese made el cheapo) Kitchenette small but works! BE AWARE, no microwave! But everything else available including 2 ceran tops! Equipment and table ware plenty for this size apartment! Fridge good size, standard oven available! (Correction, found the microwave by accident, was build into the Oven function, would have been nice to have an instruction/introduction somewhere!😥) While the crockery was decent, cutlery and cookery ware not only pretty cheap but not user friendly) Large balcony, but view to the back of a bunch of buildings! So don’t stay there if a nice view is what you are looking for! The bathroom, barely can make it, quite tight, so if you are large size, watch it! 😂😂😂 Be aware, no service at all, you gotta run around for towels (pay extra) refills for Soap & Shampoo not barely enough, Staff working there if you are lucky to catch one, doesn’t speak either English or German and only give you a blur / disinterested look! The Bed, oh my god, size is ok, but the bed covers are a joke, especially in the winter! 2 small cushions, and 2 even smaller ones, sorry but not good enough! 2 sets of chairs, one for the mini dining table, another 2 one for mini desk and a kind of a smallish comfy chair! The heating system, if like us you come from a warmer climate, be aware that the heating is set to 21C, for living area can adjust, but for bathroom it will always reset to 21C even if you want to increase the temperature, it will eventually come down, especially annoying if you need to dry clothing on the provided rack! WIFI, available, but don’t hold your breath, seems when most residents try to access them expect constant slowdown/interruptions! Downloading of mail can take time! In today’s world not good enough! Gym, surprisingly, even if it is located in the dungeons, good quality and choice of equipment, so if this is your thing, it’s better then most places we visited! However, better speak German if you want to use some of the equipment, such as step master, the cycle & treadmill! Carpark, goodness, it’s tighter then tight, access through the room card, be ultra careful! it’s ok for mini and smart cars, but for a mid size SUV! Good luck! The room was large, comfortable and well equipped with things one might need while travelling. We would stay here again.

The location is not bad, and the rooms are neat and functional. However, the beds are terrible as they did not have a proper mattress. It seemed as though a sofa bed (velour cover) with a thin foam mattress on top, which was covered with a bearly adequate (sizewise) flat sheet. Obviously, the moment that you lay down the sheet comes off, and one ends up lying on the rough fabric of the foam mattress. It is also quite noisy as one can hear the wheels of the suitcases being dragged outside the room at all times of the day/evening. There is no human interaction as it is all digital. Overall, I found it overpriced and with a poor standard.

Very clean, spacious, new. apartment access is via an app pr webpage on yout phone to unlock doors..... no keys or codes. huge rooms. Beautiful

The Appartments are Brand New, very clean and comfortable.

Property was very clean, the fee structure through PayPal after purchase is a little tedious. Overall I had a good experience and will use again.

We do not usually write negative reviews but we have mixed feelings about our 5-night stay. We were given a very small, cramped room on our first night despite having paid for a superior room. The bed was against the wall and meant that one of us had to climb over the other person to get out of bed. We moved the bed so that we had some space to get out of bed, although this was difficult. We moved to a bigger room, the next day, only after our friend inquired whether we had been given the right room. The new room was much larger and had a sunny, enclosed bay window. Both rooms needed dusting and thorough cleaning. The carpark entrance and driveway are very narrow and not suitable for a medium-sized sedan car. On our first night, it took us 1.5 hours to get into the carpark despite having paid well in advance for parking. The assistance of the remotely located staff was much appreciated. The hotel does not offer any breakfast facilities, but it is close to a number of cafes and restaurants. A well-stocked supermarket is close by. The hotel does not have a reception - you check in and out using an email link to an app on your phone. Keys are encoded using an iPad in the hotel foyer. If you lock yourself out, you need to go downstairs to the foyer to encode another key. A guest laundry is available, although you need you use an app and pay for it using the app. No washing powder is provided and I needed to wash my clothes twice to get them clean. The hotel is some distance from the main part of town in a migrant area although it was relatively safe. It is also close to a tram line. The hotel would be fine for short stays of, say, 1-2 nights but if you have a choice to stay elsewhere do.

The room we stayed was very modern, and seemed like it was renovated recently. The location is good due to the proximity to eating options and transportation. There is no reception and no clear instructions in the lobby how to reach the staff for questions. The online check-in is confusing since the system relied on emails.
