Phản Hồi Từ Khách Sạn: Kính gửi Quý ông/Quý bà,Cảm ơn quý khách đã chọn chúng tôi là khách sạn ưa thích của quý khách tại Jakarta.Chúng tôi vô cùng lấy làm tiếc vì kỳ nghỉ của quý khách không đáp ứng được kỳ vọng và quý khách đã gặp phải sự cố với phòng và nút bấm thang máy.Chúng tôi xin lỗi vì sự bất tiện do phải ở trong phòng hút thuốc mặc dù quý khách đã yêu cầu phòng không hút thuốc và chúng tôi đặc biệt lấy làm tiếc khi nghe về sự xuất hiện của gián. Đây chắc chắn không phải là tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh mà chúng tôi hướng tới. Ngoài ra, sự cố với nút bấm thang máy rất đáng lo ngại và chúng tôi sẽ giải quyết n*** lập tức để đảm bảo khắc phục.Phản hồi của quý khách rất quan trọng để chúng tôi cải thiện dịch vụ của mình và chúng tôi sẽ nghiêm túc xem xét các bình luận của quý khách khi chúng tôi nỗ lực khắc phục những sự cố này.
