Unsefty hotel because somebody knock the door 3 in the morning.. That's scary..because I have my family That way no recomend this hotel

It's okay can't complain.

This was a last minute steal. That being said it was an ok place to stay Initially when I arrived I was disappointed by how many people were just hanging out and about outside. You can't help that though. I was able to check in early, which was totally awesome. Unfortunately I was blindsided by the $20 cash deposit for a room key. I git a but lost when searching for my room. Signs could be a bit clearer. My room was nice though. Everything was clean. Now I use nice loosely. There were holes in the ceiling and the door looked patched together. It was very dim as well. I was there 3 days. Service was decent. All in all a good stay for short notice.

Super bad experience

Shittiest hotel ever, terrible service, rude, constantly doing construction, HIGH CRIME, (literal murders have happened here,) people broke into my room WHILE I WAS SLEEPING AND THEY DID NOTHING, no amenities available for use ever, they yelled at me for having A SERVICE DOG WITH A.D.A PAPERWORK. This hotel is never worth the hassle.

Our stay was fair. It seems like the city is very small, but I myself like it that way. I don’t like SoCal traffic so staying in the outskirts is good for

Demanded $20 cash to use TV remote. Poor customer service, difficult staff and seemed unused to travelers.

I didn’t like that the phone is not working there, if I need something or I need to call that’s impossible because they have no a phone. It’s important fix it.

Literally killed a dozen roaches, towels were stained, WiFi didn’t work half the time. Rooms were filthy with way over due on work needed to be done. Shower leaked constantly, would never go there an again.

Staff was friendly and if you forget your toiletries they have you covered. The place could definitely use an upgrade on the beds though!! Every time you move, they creak so loudly it wakes you up! The walls are so thin that you hear everything around you as well. Listened to a crying baby for a decent portion of the night. So between that and the bed, barely any sleep at all. Other than that was ok..

We stayed twice at this hotel giving it a chance because of the convenience to CSUN but horrible experience both times. No internet service in two different stays so if you need internet for business or school forget about this hotel. Not sure why it is called hotel if O have stayed in much better motels than this. Too much noise from the street, I guess cheap windows and walls that can’t stop much noise. Dirty carpet all around, I will never stay again in this place! 😡😡
