Good stay to stay with spa on site. Nice view of the surrounding area from the rooftop bar.

Stay was nice. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Had fun at the nearby Panbil Eco Edu Park at the Panbil Nature Reserve. Also enjoyed the La Belle rooftop bar with live band performance.

Early check in with welcome drink! Breakfast was great! Gave us complimentary xmas dinner as well! Room is great! Bedsheets had a bit of stain though. Hotel is a tad far from the city. But by taxi is about 20-25mins ride. The pool is great. Eska is right in the hotel itself so we didnt had to go out for massage. Will definitely book again when im back!

The hotel is nice. We were surprised the room was very spacious and clean. The free minibar was a great deal and we love the breakfast spread. The rooftop lounge is a good place to relax and listen to the live band. The food was delicious.

Great place to stay. Truly enjoyable experience with excellence services, good clean room, infinity pool and etc.

Tis hotel room is cozy n so comfy. If u just wan to rest in the room then tis hotel may a good choice

Arrived around 6pm, so check in was a breeze. Request for late check out, but was only given till 1pm. Location of hotel was actually quite secluded. Choose this because of the Lake view with sunrise room. Modern hotel and Eska spa and massage located at 2nd floor. Getting Gojek or grab to lobby to anyway is relatively easy and fast. Room was relatively clean, just some sand on the floor, had to call the front desk to ask them to vaccum it. Housekeeping came quite fast. Double room cam standard with Queen size bed. if you happen to get a King size, both side of the bed will have less space for movement. I would have prefer a Queen to get more space to move around. And the Front Desk keep insisting that all rooms came with King size bed, until 1 of the guy follow us up to check on different room with the difference in bed size. Toilet tap water flow is good. Too good until the water level in the basin rises. The drainage sometimes was blocked or slow down by the basin stopper that drop down. this is something to improve on. Complimentary mini bar on all the snacks and including the drinks in the fridge for each stay, all top up will be chargable. Breakfast buffet had a good variety. some are quite tasty. i will avoid those buns that feel quite hard. unless there are some toaster oven to heat them up. On weekend when there are more crowd, they tend to keep the buffet station longer. On a weekday, they will start keeping on the dot at 10am. if you want to eat longer, just go take your food and put it on your table. Most of the hot food will be top up constantly. 2nd time stay here already. probably will try other hotel since location is not that good. And they cut their shuttle bus to the shopping area. Added once a day shuttle to a new mall only.

Nice view and worth for money and their breakfast is quite okay.

The room hotel is very clean, very comfortable to stay there. Thier staff are very friendly but the hotel quiet far from town area but no problem the transportation is alot over there.

Suitable for kids. Hotel’s massage was excellent with attentive staff. Posh and nice rooms with a smart TV.

Nice hotel if you want to have a quiet location and good view of the lake.
