It doesn’t look as good as pictures, sheets were smelly and air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Overall room looks old. Floor was dirty

Great hotel, breakfast had good choice. Not alot locally but Didi easy to use and arrives within minutes.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located close to Culture Square, Fuqing North subway station and share bicycles. The only problem was the television set. The screen was faulty.

My room was big and clean. Better experience than last time. I hope you will let me stay in 2nd floor rooms which is big and comfortable everytime I visit.

The air-conditioning in the room was very noisy especially at night during sleeping. My previous stay was not as terrible as today. I was not able to sleep well last night.

Nice hotel in Ningbo Eastern New Town. Great location and helpful staff. The only issue is the air conditioner in the room is quite noisy.

The hotel is very well positioned. I stayed there for work, so it remains close to the factories (15 minutes by car) and at the same time very close to the subway. It stays in a nice part of Ningbo city, right in front of the cultural plaza, with many places to go eating , shopping and go for a walk. The rooms and the hotel are very clean and they had a good service. The only part is not very good is the laundry, that have only 1 dryer and 1 washer. They both appear to be a little bit older, but work perfectly. Sometimes they are being used, so you have to wait and be a little bit lucky not to have more people waiting. All other parts were excellent and I will definitely come back in the future when I come to Ningbo

The room I've booked was clean, comfortable, and had a good size. The view through the windows was lovely. The breakfast was good, with enough choice in dishes. The metrostation was nearby, only a few minutes of walking. When I should visit Ningbo again I would definitely come back over here.
