바다와 근접한 위치에 적절한 가격, 친절한 서비스 그리고 청결한 숙소까지 모두 좋았습니다 ! 다만 아주 근처에 맛집이 없다는 게 조금 아쉬웠어요

Great, little hotel. Short walk to the train station and an easy five minute stroll to the promenade. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Numerous cafes, bars and bakeries in the neighbourhood. Road was a bit noisy but was quick to quiet down later in the evening. We would stay again.

Location to the city was perfect. We could walk to the promenade easily many restaurants as well as the train which we took to Monaco.

The room was dingy. The lobby was depressing. The shower was useless. I was quite disappointed and thought the reviews I'd relied on to book this property did not represent it honestly

Really nice location, great walking distance to everything and the hotel i situated in a quiet neighboorhood.
Helpful staff.
We thought that the room itself was nice and good sized, however a bit dark since the rooms' window is small so you don't get much daylight and the choice of wall color makes the room quite dark.
They should really have real cups (not in paper) in the rooms,since it feels super wasteful to use a new paper cup every day.
The cleaning was ok, they do not change the towels everyday but you have to ask for it- which is good from an enviromentalpoint of view.
On our last day, we discovered that the cleaning person had forgotten to lock and close the door to our room for a couple of hours- leaving it open for anyone to enter into our room- which is unaccepable, given that we did have a lot of valuable items in our room. Nothing was stolen but this has never happened at any hotel we ever stayed at.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room on the top floor was not the best. The ceiling slopes and is quite shallow above one half of the bed. I was careful enough for most days but on the last morning I whacked my head and it knocked me back onto the bed. If you're staying here, try to avoid a room on the top floor. The elevator was out of order during our stay and there didn't appear to be any efforts to get it fixed. The staff did help us with luggage up the stairs on our arrival, but no elevator was super inconvenient. Breakfast was comparable to most and nothing special. The location was good and we could walk to most places.

The room was clean and comfortable. The "city view" was actually a street view. This meant that we couldn't open windows or look outside because we were right on the street in a city. They should differentiate such views. One floor up was the room I expected. A room looking outside on a nice part of Nice. Instead we had cars, people right outside etc... Also having to pay to leave bags after checking out was bizarre and petty. The staff were helpful. The location was central.

For the life of me, I cannot understand how this hotel received so many good ratings. I’ll give you that it was clean enough, sort of well-located and the staff was friendly—when you could find them. Given the reviews stating how small the rooms were, we booked a superior double with the understanding it would be a larger room. Well, the floor area of the room was large but one literally could not stand up in half the room because of the sloped ceilings. Heads were bumped and headaches ensued. The bathroom had no place to put toiletries, no ventilation (ugh!) and threadbare towels. The room was dark and dingy. The windows were 7 feet off the ground and one was unable to see out. The elevator was broken for the entire length of our stay, supposedly because of a part on order. This required a trek up the stairs to the 3rd floor. While the exercise was good, that wasn’t the deal. Frankly, this place was pricey, depressing and we hated our stay there.
