Do not book in the rooms in the adjacent building. We thought a room with a fireplace in the middle of winter would be great, but the room was very, very tired with an old Jacuzzi tub IN THE ROOM! They tell you there is a flight of stairs you have to go up to get to the rooms, but they are very steep and narrow making it difficult to get your luggage up. The dark narrow hallway at the top of the staircase reminded us of The Shinning. If you want ice or water, it is in the other building and you either go out in the cold or ask them to get some for you - but you still need to give them the ice bucket and a tip. There is only coffee in the for you to have in the morning, but you can it can be delivered to your room - tipping again. Their main building looks nice and very modern and we did enjoy the dining room although it has very limited hours. We needed another coffee cup because of a large chip in it, but couldn't get one because the dining room didn't open until 5. Their front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating, but they are the ones that must leave their post and make the deliveries. The bathroom has no heat source, so we propped the door open with a bag to warm it up. Very, very disappointed with the room, but not the service only that you had to be tipping for things that should have been in the room.
