I was told there was a view of the falls, but it was fun to walk to the falls at night. the Breakfast was excellent and excellent servers.

Rooms are REALLY nice and it’s walking distance to the falls/****** Balconies are a great amenity too.

Excellent location to ****** & River Walk to Falls. Hotel was clean, comfortable & quiet.

Our stay was superb. It was close to a venue we were going to. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My only disappointment was our breakfast that was included in our package, was luke warm at best.

I like the convenient location, cleanliness,Comfortable bed, but inconvenient in the parking. It is full couldn’t park the vehicle no spot Available

They were doing construction so it was pretty noisey

Great few days on a girls getaway Staff was amazing !!!

They wear changing new wildow 6 floor And sometims very noesy and still did not put my $200.00 depost back

Lots of construction around the building itself, and a large vacant/parking lot for a view from the balcony/patio. My room was in the lobby and I heard everyone coming in and out all night long. My “patio” was a 3x10 slab with a construction fence separating my sliding door from parked cars.. Great proximity for walking to the falls. Restaurant staff were prime, the food was mediocre.

Functional. Reasonably clean. Not many amenities though.

It’s proximity to Fallsview ******

Did not like that it was in the middle of renovation....couldn't have a decent rest during the day due to loud construction noises going on. Also took 3 holds of $100 for a 2 night stay, even though rooms had already been paid for. Still waiting for the holds to be removed.

Very loud construction and renovation of surrounding rooms that began before 0900. Was not informed at time of booking or check in that my room would be unusable due to the hammering, drilling and the sound of cutting saws first thing in the morning. Room was clean and walking distance to everything you need for a stay in Niagara.
