Good location near to the beach, train station, shops, room is very big, receptionist is very friendly and helpful

The double rooms on the front (sea view) are pretty nice. Gorgeous beach is overlooked. Staff are nice and friendly. Ignore the reports that this was a place holding asylum seekers. Classic UK seaside hotel.

Great location and nice sea view right in the centre of town , short walk to the beach and shops , pubs etc . Stayed for one night , hotel was clean and got it for a great price , only thing we didn’t get a breakfast and was an extra £20 but Wetherspoons is just up the road for a breakfast . Would recommend this hotel if you want a cheap stay in Newquay 👍

Great location on the main road into the town opposite one of the main beaches in Newquay and within a short walk of the town centre amenities.
The communal areas are really nice and the welcome excellent.
The main room was okay with a comfortable bed and modern TV.
The green-coloured bathroom was the biggest disappointment which was in need of renovation and a very good clean.
Offered value for money out of season and would stay again

The bedroom wasn't upta much you could here the wind blowing through the window the bar had closed due to a break in and no entertainment i saw it as a waste of money

Enjoyable stay, staff were friendly and welcoming. Comfortable stay for a weekend in Newquay. Location is good, all walkable for Newquay town or to porth.

*******,did not inform it was Friday i cancelled,they were told i had no Room in 29th,though ******* sent me a message confirming this.6 hour drive to say i should have checked in yesterday.Room was ready, people came and went, thought sat opposite desk,were we were told to sit.No one informed us,20 past 3,we had to ask.
Once in room, nothing like photos.Was told no parking it's all gone,but we could park round corner carpark,it was miles away.We asked to dine at the restaurant,but was told we couldn't as it was booked for a private function.No extra, pillow's provided,only one chair,in a double room.Folk slamming doors outside our room,folk banging and running around above our room.I cannot tell you what breakfast is like as,we haven't got to that yet,day one is Now.NEVER again you have ruined my time off work on so called holiday.
