I came in late from my flight at LGA. I wanted somewhere to stay for one night. I enjoyed my stay here. Room was decent and clean

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I had not gotten a room with a smart tv so I phoned the staff and they immediately changed my room so I could use my phone to watch movies. Price is not bad considering the 3pm check in and 11am check out time. Overall, recommend.

Well located friendly staffed boutique hotel right off the BQE. Indoor parking next door for only $20 was a big plus. Simple, but clean and well managed and reasonably priced hotel.

From when we walk in the door it is a very fine experience. They are very friendly and welcoming. The latest additions are very accommodating. They have added microwaves, ice machines, and refrigerators since it opened a couple of years ago. Clean and cared for.

Great little hotel. Very well located a short walk from the subway. In a great neighborhood with excellent food. Nothing fancy but clean, quiet and comfortable -- it was perfect for our short stay in the city.

I spent 5 nights at this hotel and when I booked I was insecure for some bad reviews I read. I couldn't disagree more: the hotel is in a safe area, near the underground station "Astoria" around 5 minutes by walking and the neighborhood is fine, shops around, the room was big and comfortable. The one we stayed had all the facilities we needed. Very clean and the staff was superb! We had some troubles with the transportation to the airport and the staff in reception (we had the good luck to deal with Sunny who turned out to be a very resolutive person, kind and a polite guy who helped us out big time).
Very happy to have find this place. It's my second time in NYC and the next time I'll try to stay here again without doubt.

Hotel basically OK and good value. Very friendly desk staff. Reserved 5 rooms for family funeral attendees. At least 2 had nonfunctional deadbolts. Two had nonfunctional hair dryers. All had smoke detectors but at least 1 didnt have a flashing light system. At least 1 bathtub had no grips on the bottom so shower very slippery.. New management, maybe things will change.

Newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. Bed was warm. Washroom was large and clean. Lots of fresh towels.
