The room dimensions obviously can not accommodate 4 guests, this is a two-guest room. No bottled water supply to the room. Any requests were addressed differently by different staff, 10 staff gave you 10 different answers for the same problem. service is vulnerable to addressing simple requests, such as providing an adaptor. Staff will listen to your request or complaint, but the service remains unchanged.

location is good, staffs are nice

After checking in and getting off the elevator on the third floor heading to my room I was greeted with an unpleasant smell of urine in the hallway, while in my room I can hear people shouting so I head out for a little when I came back there was garbages outside of a few guest room in the hallway I checked out shortly after that instead of my original check out time

The air in my room was broken and they could not fix it and would not switch my room. The elevator was not working.

Spent a lot of time at check in as they were training a new person and it was really slow. After a long day at work, it was annoying.

There is no hotel parking, although it is advertised. At arrival the staff offers valet parking at pretty high price. The alternative is a street parking.

Clean hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood. Front desk rep named Tony was so nice & helpful and even though I ended up not needing to check in a little earlier than usual 3:00 time, they were ready to accommodate. Location is great, plenty of dining options in the area that are within walking distance and transportation options are there to go into Manhattan.

Check in guy (Tony) was very nice but the hallway floor has white spots and the elevator creaks which is scary

This property is newer and well maintained. Husband went for a wedding ti check the place out. We plan on bringing kids next year and this will be where we stay to see family.

Everything was great! The staff was amazing , the only thing I didn’t like was paying for parking, Ut should be included

The person at the reception who was there at 11:30 pm was not courteous, rude, did not use any tact and was very challenging with his gaze, at no time did he make me feel welcome from the beginning.
