Hiện tại khách sạn không có nhiều hoạt động, n*** cả đồ ăn cũng không đa dạng, nên rất đáng thất vọng, và vị trí thì ở bên ngoài nên rất khó quản lý.

Chúng tôi thích khách sạn này và khi chúng tôi muốn có một kỳ nghỉ thực sự tuyệt vời, chúng tôi chọn Interlaken. Tôi chỉ hy vọng bữa sáng có thể mang phong cách phương Tây hơn, lựa chọn tốt hơn cho đồ ăn phương Tây. Tương tự như tiệc buffet tối.

Chúng tôi ở lại khách sạn chủ yếu để sử dụng suối nước nóng nhưng lại phát hiện ra rằng nơi này đã đóng cửa để bảo trì. Sẽ thật tuyệt nếu họ cho chúng tôi biết vào thời điểm đặt phòng rằng suối nước nóng đã đóng cửa. Ngoài suối nước nóng, không có nhiều việc để làm. Chúng tôi đã đến Knight Valley với chi phí rất đắt đỏ nhưng không có nhiều việc khác mà chúng tôi có thể làm. Chúng tôi có thể chỉ đến thăm trong ngày và có cùng trải nghiệm mà không cần phải ở lại khách sạn. Thật lãng phí tiền bạc. Không có chỗ nào trong thông tin khách sạn của trip.com đề cập rằng suối nước nóng đã đóng cửa để bảo trì. Tôi sẽ không bao giờ chi tiền để ở lại nếu tôi biết trước điều này.

Actually, it's not that bad, but much worse then one could expect. Rooms are large but need renovation (see photos). Stuff doesn't speak English and in general even doesn't try to. And breakfasts are absolutely poor. If you want to have a family weekend, better find another place.

We love the hotel. Though the location is a bit remote, the hotel room is large and comfy. We got upgraded to the lake side king size suite which is outstanding. We have our own sauna room in the suite. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel because we were looking for tranquility. The food is average but acceptable.

A unique hotel with a beautiful scenery. Our first impression was quite positive when we saw the charming lobby decorated with flowers and glassware. At the front desk John Cheng Asst. Front Office Manager was very professional and kind. He upgraded our room and personally took care of us. During dinner Yolanda was very helpful and nice. She escorted us personally to show all the restaurants and different dining options. She even helped us with our meal selection. Moreover during breakfast Chris Huang helped us, although the breakfast buffet was very busy, he took the time to make us feel special. The room is very large with an amazing lake view. The bed is very comfortable. Although the hotel was opened in 2007 thanks to its dedicated personnel we had a wonderful holiday at this unique hotel.

Well they stay was for our anniversary we intentionally booked sth remote. So the hotel is beautiful just a bit old. It’s a resort type of place with huge rooms in a huge area. However, it’s really far away from everything with anything much around. We stayed for 2 nights, first night we enjoyed the free hotpot provided in our booking package (amount of food is fixed, not enough for us..) so we had to order sth from the closest supermarket which took 2 hours to arrive as it is really too far away. Second night we just took a 40mins ride to the closest city area for an early dinner as we didn’t know what to eat for lunch.. the package comes with the ‘theme park’ tickets,, but please don’t expect anything.. everything is closed in the park.. it’s like being abandoned for a decade :/ it’s a shame because the view there was amazing. I hope they would do some serious renovations to upgrade the overall amenities. Uh one more thing, the bed in the room. It’s SUPER HARD. It’s big but it’s like sleeping on the floor. I don’t know maybe some people prefer hard bed. Just not for us. What a shame.

What a lovely trip in fairytale land. The place is amazing, the rooms are amazing. I don’t want to leave, I kept extending my stay! These folks have built the entire area very precisely to put a person in a meditative or romantic mood, either or both from choice. And Eric and Lucy at the tea room were so much fun just like the rest of the staff who checked on my needs multiple times. Definitely coming again. Definitely.

This is already our 3rd year coming to this hotel before Christmas but this year was our worst stay. We understand that this is a Chinese hotel and not all of them speaks English but the service was the worst this time. We ordered room service that took almost 2 hours. We asked for Cola or any soda, they also didn’t have and asked us to order from Meituan instead which would cost us almost 50RMB just for delivery itself. The park was closed. And they gave us a small room for the same price of the big one. Truly disappointing. They served only few options during breakfast too. Good thing we have good company, we still managed to enjoy our time by ourselves.

My second time here, the hotel is again exceeded my expectations. Cant get enough of the view and the vibe here. Felt like I just went to Swisserland

It’s a beautiful place surrounded by mountains. Delighted to get an upgrade. The lake view suite was spacious, elegant with a balcony. It’s super comfortable with a great view. The overall hygiene however should improve.

Overall was a great stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast could have more western options since there are many foreigners visiting.
