Pretty good with kitchen

在曼哈頓要找到一個房間面積又大又有全套廚房又交通便利，而且有自助洗衣，自助行李寄存，樓頂還有漂亮的露台花園的地方，委屬不易了。

Spacious room with all the amenities that are needed, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, helpful and nice staff members and personal welcome note - I felt very welcome Underground is very close so as some sights, Wall Street, nice cafes and restaurants.

One of the best properties I have stayed in NYC. Customer service is superb, apar**ent is a castle compared to hotel rooms you receive in NYC for the same or even higher price.

Sonder is very convenient and staff were very helpful. Having washing facilities and extra amenities was extremely appreciated. Sonder will bd my number 1 choice.

Only stayed for the night but was a great little spot right next to Fulton Street Subway…you can walk to anything downtown from here…huge room with kitchen, big bathroom, tons of closet room also

We were looking for an apar**ent hotel that would have a room or studio with a kitchen for three people and that would be in a good state of maintenance. We discovered several branches of sonder and of them we chose Sonder City Hall because of good reviews and the location. We received a room that met our expectations, well equipped, spacious. In addition to the things that were in the room, you could get toilet paper, dishwasher capsules, washing tablets and other necessary things for staying at the hotel at any time. The representatives at the reception were very nice. The hotel is close to the World Trade Center and the 9.11 Memorial. Adjacent to the hotel is a metro station, a supermarket a few minutes' walk away and many shops and cafes around. The stay was very comfortable except for a small incident with one of the air conditioners that did not work and was not repaired even though we asked. We did not respond to the request to get another blanket. Another thing that would be good if they improved is an incoming lobby mode. In fact there is no lobby, it is not a hotel in the usual sense but a building where the 2-6 floors have offices and the 7-14 floors have an apar**ent for short-term or long-term rent. Bottom line, the stay at Sonder City Hall was successful for us

Didn’t expect such a huge property right near financial district. It’s worth every penny.
