Although there are plenty of dining options outside of the hotel for the amount of money for a 2 night stay you would think there would be a restaurant inside of the hotel. Also the rooms are a bit cramped and the shower a bit tight however the lounge was very nice and the staff were accommodating overall a nice stay just a bit pricey

Eric helped us check in, and he was outstanding. Welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and customer focused. He was very thorough in communicating all of the expectations for every step of the check in process. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked out was also extremely friendly and helpful. Both employees came out from behind the desk to open doors for me and my family. We were fortunate to have gotten a room that faced south, and the views of Manhattan were fantastic.

It’s was nice and small but perfect for my girlfriend and I.Will definitely go back again and highly recommend it

Every single person we encountered was polite, kind & friendly! Front desk staff called us by name after first night and assured us no one besides guests enter the property. Each asked about our family member who was critically ill at NYP/Columbia when we returned and wished us good luck on our way out to the hospital. Hands down fantastic place!!! Our family enjoyed sitting all together in the very homey conference room the day our cousin was in OR until 2am. Thank you for the hospitality!

The front desk gentleman was very nice with great personality and very helpful. Room was small but perfect for just me. Definitely would stay again if need be. Thank you to the staff!!

Louis and the rest of the staff were great! The rooms are small, typical of what you would find in an older NY boutique hotel, but very clean. However, the lock to room 908 was broken. We notified the front desk but it was never repaired during our 3 night stay. We used the metal door jam/stopper to keep out any intruders. I would not stay in this room as a single female traveler but I was with my husband and had inlaws next door in a 2 room suite like setup that had an outer door that we kept closed at night. We drove and street parking is non existent, but we got lucky and found free street parking at night when we arrived. We left the vehicle and took the subway or Uber for transportation. I would stay here again but in a different room.

Hotel would not cancel reservations after my surgery went better than expected and I didn’t need rooms for the last night.

Edge was clean, accommodating, and staffed with TERRIFIC gentlemen at the front desk. It was safe, secure, and a comfortable stay. 10/10!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Edge Hotel and it was a delightful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was welcoming. I highly recommend Edge Hotel for a great stay.

The hotel is beautiful and it has a nice interior finish. The bathroom is also clean and well placed. One thing I didn’t like was the bathroom door somewhat couldn’t keep the water in at least for the room I got.

Hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating! It was about a block from the subway station which was very convenient.

Location was great for visiting Columbia Dental. Park at New York Pres Hospital overnight for $35.

Small, well-designed hotel and efficient room layout. Just the basics. Very clean. Desk person professional. Perfect location if visiting hospital. Great access to subway system. Hallway can be a bit noisy at times.
