Great location to visit my son in Brooklyn. Nice rooms and good breakfast. Staff could have been a little friendlier.

Excellent location to restaurants, bars and subway stations with direct lines to Manhattan. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was at the perfect location for what we need it. It was close enough to the train station. The front desk people was not the friendliest but the hotel was clean and the room was not very big but the bed was really comfortable and clean. The complementary breakfast was good enough to start the day. The hotel looked new and clean.

The hotel seems brand new, the rooms and washroom were clean and comfy! It's a big squished in the rooms but nothing major. Breakfast was good, lots to eat and drink. The only annoying part was the doors being slammed. The parking is first come first serve and it's a bit tight when you're bringing your car in to park in the back. 10/10, would come back!

Clean, modern rooms, decently sized, convenient location close to subway. Nice continental breakfast with hot and cold foods, fruits, juices, sit down tables. Fridge in room but no microwave, there is one at front desk. Nice staff and manager. They would not honor ******* price, so pay at time of reservation (it wasn't much different though). Would definitely return.

First of all, the room that i was originally given, the thermostat was broken. They kept telling me it wasn't , but it obviously was! I asked them for a refund and was about to leave because the room was ALSO dirty upon arrival, and they offered me another room. The second room was cleaner with a WORKING THERMOSTAT. Therefore, I believe they knew before hand that the original room had a broken thermostat. Also, they did a "validation charge" of the full amount of the hotel before hand, without telling me, and then charged my card AGAIN of the same amount. That's not what it says on the hotel description- it says $100 for accidentals that is refunded afterwards. They didn't do that- you're charged IN FULL twice and one large payment is held until who knows when (depends on the bank). So yeah needless to say I was not happy!

Comfort Inn hotel is a nice and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. Good connections with subway to the city. Quiet neighborhood & no traffic noises
