Excellent hotel, small comfortable rooms in a great location. Amenities are excellent like the rooftop bar.

The room was very small, but the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was nice.

This hotel is a great find in the heart of Soho and just north of Tribeca. While small, the rooms are clean, modern and well appointed. The staff is excellent and attentive to all your needs.

The stay was nice. Rooms are small. No coffee maker in the room. You can go downstairs and buy coffee but the coffee is weak and not worth the price. Water runs out the shower soaking the floor. Overall the place is cozy. Intimate. The bar tender was AMAZING ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS. The front staff were very polite night and morning. The guy that sold the coffee wasn’t as pleasant seemed like he didn’t want to be there but he wasnt nasty either.

Excellent location, beautiful design, all you need is there in spite of tiny room. Loved it!

Despite having prepaid for my stay the hotel billed me each day! Advised their representative at the front desk who advised that it was their error and it would be corrected. A week later and no correction!!

房間非常非常的小，衞生做的也不太乾淨。洗澡的熱水經常出現故障，客房服務很差，每次和前台request需要的物品都要等很久很久才能送來，有時候直接不送，而且前台的服務態度很差。酒店房間的景色可以説是沒有景色… 整體很失望，十分的不推薦！

美國的酒店…唉…不説什麼了，毛巾都舊的還沒洗乾淨，房間不叫打掃衞生的收拾就不給打掃，房間小的馬桶正對着床，唯一的好處就是在曼哈頓，去哪都比較方便

i loved the large window in the room! i didnt like the faux lux of the furnishings and upkeep of the property.

The king bed room is ridiculously small for two people. One person has to crawl over the other in order to get out, because the bed is crammed into a corner with no walkway on two sides. The toilet is in a glass-walled cubicle with a sliding door that doesn't close. You had better be really, really comfortable with your traveling companion! There's no way to make coffee in the room, and the room service app is wonky. The staff was really nice, but there were multiple occasions when they had to apologize because computer systems weren't working.

Male concierge was very rude and seemed annoyed that he had to checked me in. Was so unprofessional that he couldn’t even finish checking us in. His female colleagues how to finish the process. Got the same treatment when I checked out the next day from same male concierge. Add insult to injury my credit card being charged to mini bar weeks later after my stay. I never experienced anything like this before, and I travel all the time.

Perfect for young solo travelers. I felt very safe in the area. The staff were friendly and I was honestly impressed with both the upstairs bar and Linden’s restaurant. The only downside is that you will have to walk a little further to get a lot of the restaurants and area but it’s not a bad stroll at all. It’s Also close to the subways which is convenient.
