Un séjour excellent rapport qualité - prix. Je recommande cet hôtel car il y a un cadre remarquable sur la ville de Palerme en étant dans un jacuzzi. Le restaurant propose des plats magistraux. Le personnel est souriant et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est locaux c'est très appréciable pour le matin juste un petit reproche au niveau de la salle de fitness, il y a des matériaux cassés donc faudrait investir dans des nouvelles machines. Dans l'ensemble, ce fût parfait

La struttura è pulitissima, ben organizzata e curata, con la zona piscine e vasca Jacuzzi che è veramente un gioiellino con una vista mozzafiato su Palermo. Stanza ampia, luminosa e pulitissima. Servizio professionale e sempre attento al dettaglio. Il ristorante è di ottima qualità e varietà di scelta. Potrebbero secondo me sfruttare la zona piscina anche la sera, visto il tanto spazio e la presenza del chiosco bar, con della musica da sottofondo, e luci soffuse per un bel aperitivo o cocktail bordo piscina con vista panoramica. Creare una situazione tranquilla, rilassante, dove poter interagire con gli altri ospiti, semplice ma efficace. La posizione infatti, un poco fuori mano ti obbliga la sera a prendere l'auto o una navetta e andare a Palermo. Un consiglio, il ristorante è un po' caro, soprattutto in rapporto alla quantità delle porzioni, anche se la qualità è alta. La pizza è nella media generale. Potrebbe invogliare più ospiti a restare a cena, anche se poi devi creare qualcosa, come detto prima, per far vivere la bella struttura anche nelle ore serali. Unica nota dolente, ahimè, dopo il check out delle 11, sei obbligato ad andare via. La maggior parte delle strutture invece, ti consente di restare un'altra mezza giornata in piscina, dove tra l'altro è facile prendere delle consumazioni al bar. Questa cosa va migliorata secondo me. Volevo restare fino alle 14, per godere un'altra ora della Jacuzzi, ma nonostante ho chiesto varie volte, la cosa mi è stata negata e non insistendo, sono andato via. Tornerò sicuramente, perché mi sono trovato veramente bene. Spero che la direzione dell'hotel prenda le mie considerazioni, non come critiche, ma come consigli. Per il resto tutto veramente ottimo

Nice hotel but very secluded, roads are steep and not very safe to walk into town. There is a shuttle bus into town from the hotel but only goes once a day and has to be booked 24 hours in advance. Taxis very expensive. Nowhere within walking distance to go for meals out. On the last day both me and my partner were charged 20 euro each for a pool day pass as our flight wasn’t till that evening. I have never been charged to spend the last day at a hotel before.

We were more than pleased with this hotel. The location is high up on a cliff and overlooks the city of Palermo. The drive to the hotel from below is challenging because the streets are very narrow and winding. But once at the top, all is forgiven when arriving at the hotel. At the hotel there are parking spaces that should be reserved in advance. They cost 5 Euros per day for a normal sized car. It is worth having a space, as outside the hotel perimeter, there are not too many options. We had a room on the 1st floor (the highest floor because of the cliff position) and had an incredible view over Palermo. Our room and bathroom were modern, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of areas to place your belongings, had a safe and even a small refrigerator with mini-bar. The room also had a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs and it was nice to sit out in the evenings after a day of exploring Sicily. The bathroom was modern and the shower spacious. The hotel had a jacuzzi pool overlooking Palermo. We did not use it as we were gone during the day. The breakfast buffet had many options to choose from and was satisfying. It is also possible to sit outside and enjoy the view over Palermo from there as well. The employees at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers shuttle busses that take hotel guests to Palermo and the Palermo beach in the morning and brings the back in the evening. We did not use them but found the possibility good because Palermo has environmental zones which makes driving there difficult. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening and had pizza. Tasted very delicious. It is possible to eat inside or outside on the terrace. One should make reservations in advance, we did in short notice and still got a table indoors. We enjoyed our stay here would come to this hotel again if in Palermo. :)

Fantastic view, clean spacious rooms. Lovely pools again with the view!!! Service was great, friendly helpful. A wonderful stay. They do have a once a day shuttle to the city. As well as option for taxi at a discounted price. You can also take a paid shuttle to the Montello beach.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The pool area was a true oasis, perfect for both swimming and lounging. The amenities were exceptional – the spa treatments were divine, and the on-site restaurants offered a delicious variety of dishes. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with all the conveniences you could need, including high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable work desk. This hotel truly understands how to blend luxury with comfort. I will definitely be returning!

It’s not all bad and equally it’s not good, so let’s start with the positives. 1. Great views overlooking Palermo. 2. Two pools for adults and a kids pool. 3. Reception staff are really friendly and helpful. 4. Daily shuttle to Palermo or the beach (extra cost). 5. Resident rooms are a good size. 6. WiFi is good. Now let’s get to the negatives. 1. Decor is tired and they do not keep up with repair and decorating. 2. Food at breakfast is basic at best and you can’t help yourself. 3. Food in the restaurant is very poor. 4. Getting to the hotel is difficult at best as the hotel is well of the beaten track. 5. Parking at the hotel is not good, you have to book in advance and there is an extra cost, or you park on the street. 6. The gym is pathetic, to lat pull down machines ( only 1 works). A bench press bench however, the weight available are very light. Two cardio machines. The gym room is not air conditioned and there is no TV or radio. 7. Shower in resident rooms is a appallingly small and badly maintained. 8. Only 1 iron and iron board available for guests. 9. They are not generous with bathroom toilet paper. 10. The lifts (2) in the hotel are the slowest lifts I have ever been in. 11. Hotel management eat in the breakfast dining room daily - they are rude, surely, arrogant and rude to other hotel staff. If you book this hotel be aware of the above, it is a basic 3 star at best, the gym is pathetic and not worth using. Parking is an extra charge and not guaranteed. Hotel shuttle is an extra charge and the hotel food is very basic, and you cannot help yourself to food at breakfast. I can only assume that limiting food at breakfast is a cost cutting measure which is not good. There are better hotel available that the Bel 3 and a lot easier to get to.

I don't know how this hotel is only 3 stars! Firstly the location is absolutely amazing panoramic views pool's and grounds are spotless the rooms are so spacious and the beds are possibly the comfiest I have slept on in years, myself and my partner come here for years, the staff and management treat you like family and no question is ever to big they cater no matter what.They are always there to advise on best places to visit. They run a great shuttle service and Cicco is the most professional driver always on time Gianni is fantasic also👏.the resturant is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. I would advise booking directly with the hotel rather than the likes of *********** etc they have a WhatsApp service and answer so quickly - this is a must see place for the views the people and the overall experience it's the best hotel in palermo I have never felt more relaxed leaving here . We were quite naive as to how far out of the city centre this hotel was. It costs approx 35 euro one way to the hotel from the centre of Palermo. The hotel does offer a shuttle service to the city, but this is only leaving at 10:30 and returning at 17:30 - no other times allowed. The view from the room (We were on the 2nd floor) was amazing, however, our room was by the elevator and was very noisy all through the night, even rooms along the corridor. The pool (jacuzzi) area was very nice and clean with lots of sunbeds. The restaurant was good, however the pizzeria was shut on 2 of the 4 occasions we ate there, limiting our options and the waiters were not overly friendly which put a bit of a dampener on the experience. The restaurant is very affordable with a bottle of wine and a starter with 2 meals approx 45 euro. However, be mindful that there is no other restaurant around and you will have to pay approx 70 euro in a taxi if you wish to eat in Palermo. Overall, our stay here was good, with the best part being the views.

Location This hotel is not in the centre of Palermo... but all the better for it. We had a car so travelled the area and went put for dinner etc. Driving is OK once youve realised its like the MMA of driving😳 Hotel is very easy and tidy. Staff pleasant and helpful. We didnt find any issues with service or using the pool areas. Views are stunning. If you can get up for the sun rise it's worth it! Housekeeping was excellent. There us a little village below hotel with lovely cafe and bread shop. Also take away which is pretty good and very cheap. Food in hotel was excellent. Breakfast is limited to bacon and scrambled egg, salami and cheese, cakes that are delicious, fresh fruit also delicious, and bread jams and spread. There was muesli but I did t try. Coffee machine ok but you can ask for an espresso which is 👌🏽 Only slight niggle was there isn't a kettle in the rooms. I didn't ask for one to be fair but no glasses or brew stuff. But we survived. There is a little fridge which was well sticked and very reasonable. Lovely stay grazie👏🏼😁

Hôtel situé stratégiquement pour visiter Palerme (25 minutes) et proche de l’aéroport (35 minutes). L’endroit est calme et invité au repos. Nous n’avons cependant pas été conquis par l’hôtel. Tout d’abord, la plus belle piscine avec vue est uniquement réservé aux adultes. Mon ado de 12 ans n’a pas pu y aller. Une piscine est réservée exclusivement aux enfants. Il reste alors une seule piscine constamment à l’ombre pour profiter de moments en famille. Les transats autour de la piscine sont en plastique avec des coussins. Personnellement, je trouve ces transats pas très hygiéniques et il est alors difficile de sécher. Le seul bar de la piscine est un petit kiosque dans lequel se trouve un téléphone pour appeler un membre du personnel pour obtenir une boisson. Pas de cocktail fait sur mesure; le spritz est acheté déjà mélangé et les glaces sont des glaces industrielles. Pas de musique autour de la piscine. Le restaurant de l’hôtel, quand à lui, propose une carte diversifiée et la nourriture y est délicieuse ! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un balcon. Mais sur le balcon se trouvent une table et deux chaises en plastiques… Dans une chambre familiale, n’avoir que deux chaises alors qu’on est 4, c’est dommage… Par contre, la chambre dispose d’une table et de 4 chaises qui permet de prendre des repas au restaurant pour les manger en chambre (point très positif). Les équipements commencent à être vétuste et il est évident que l’hôtel a été construit il y’a déjà un moment (je ne parle pas ici de problème d’hygiène ; le bâtiment et les chambres sont très propres). La chaleur humaine et la convivialité propre aux siciliens semblaient absente chez certains membres du personnel. Enfin, malgré une magnifique vue et des points positifs, nous restons mitigés quand à cet hôtel. Dommage, car il a beaucoup de potentiel.

Camera sporca, odore di fogna dal bagno, zanzare, colazione pessima... Ho chiesto la cortesia di avere un piatto dalla sala colazione per pulire la frutta al mio bambino e mi è stato negato, non mi è stato concesso neanche dietro cauzione... Sul cucuzzolo della montagna (scomodo l' ingresso con l'auto) non sapevo dove reperire un piattino... Scortesi e maleducati. La colazione è scadente, non sembra di stare in Sicilia, ma al Discount, con tutto il rispetto per i supermercati... Comunque è stata la scarsa igiene che mi ha sconvolta. Allego una foto. Ps ho dovuto pulire tutte le superfici prima di appoggiare le mie cose. Pps il frigo è da sbrinare, è completamente zuppo d' acqua.

Sulla collina, vista Palermo. Disponde di piccole piscine su gradoni. Camere molto belle e funzionali. Materasso stranamente morbido ma comodo. Locali rimodernati in modo razionale e efficiente. Colazione varia. A mio parere ottimo giudizio: a prezzo onesto hai tutto quello che ti serve.
