EVERYTHING IS JUST IN VERY GOOD QUALITY FROM ROOM - SERVICE - LOCATION
We even booked for Queen room and Automatically upgraded to King room which gave us the access to a room with a terrace and lounge, all ours. NOT COMMON TERRACE! Couldn’t ask for more 💓

This hotel is truly great. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to anything or find a subway. The only downfall was that the fitness center was not opened. Would I go back again? 100% yes!

酒店不大，但是服務挺不錯的，房間很大，這點非常好，設施有點陳舊，清潔度尚可，有一大一小二個陽台。酒店臨街，對睡眠環境要求高的人謹慎選擇。
整體非常滿意，出入方便，地鐵站很近，周邊有超市，對面就是麥當勞星爸爸，離韓國城也很近。

Super hotel, perfecte ligging. skybar en zwembad zijn super heel relaxed.
Kapper, starbox en winkels in de buurt.
Personeel is super goed, helpen je waar nodig is .
Grote kamers heerlijke tijd gehad met gezin. Metro ook heel dicht bij echte aanrader dit hotel.

商務出差,公司訂的酒店,地理位置非常好，又靠近地鐵 -,附近有很多餐廳，屋頂酒吧很不錯。房間也很大，尤其是紐約飯店房間。

we went for the pool. the pool was closed when we arrived at 4:00 and was only open in the mornings. that did not work out for our schedule and was totally closed the last day we could have used it.
I upgraded room to what I thought was balcony and was not...what they consider balcony is not a balcony.

Our go-to hotel in NYC. Spacious rooms with soaking tubs and loads of closet space. Friendly service, great food, convenient neighborhood.

Check in was great. Nina at the front was very nice and accommodating. She helped us check in early when we arrived at 8am on a cross country flight. Everyone one in the rooftop bar and in the front were extremely nice.

The Royalton Park Avenue is our go to hotel in NYC. This past week, we splurged a bit and spent two nights in a Park Avenue Suite. Spacious, comfortable and well priced. There was a wedding going on and so the hotel was a quite busy. The result is that Room Service was so tied up that they basically just never called us back when we tried to order brunch, so we had to do take out from Sarabeths instead. That has never happened to us before at the Royalton. I am giving it five stars anyway because we had such a pleasant stay other than that.
