Canopy by Hilton New Orleans - Downtown

The location is ideal,stright line to the french quarter and all the hot spots( 10. to 12 minutes walk). The rooms are speacious and have simple modern layout. There is Nespersso coffee machine with complmentary coffee, very much appriciated. The bathroom is also specious and clean, over all a very pleasant 3 night stay, highly recomend it to anyone.

I visited New Orleans for the first time to attend a concert with my friends. The weather when I got there was a bit rough for some hours but things cleared up nicely. As for as the hotel goes the canopy was pretty average not too bad not too good either. I had complications with my check-in that took almost to hours to figure out, thank goodness my friends where there to entertain me until the sorted it out. After checking-in my room I found my space to be rather mediocre especially for the price I had to pay. Staff were ok not too friendly but also not unfriendly as well. The lobby was beautiful, loved the bartenders there, really humorous & hospitable to their guest. My overall experience with the hotel and the price I was charged for it would be a 6/10. Most likely will visit New Orleans again but will be staying else where.

This place is so nice and welcoming. The staff are kind and patient. We came down for Mardi Gras and this hotel was in walking distance of everything. I enjoyed how safe the hotel felt and the rooms aren't small. There's also a bar and restaurant connected to it. The drinks were absolutely great. Definitely want to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. Parking was available across the street for a fee of course. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Toilet/shower was in tight quarters but manageable.

The cost of the hotel compared to the quality of the amenities offered just did not match!!! We were very disappointed

Housekeeping was behind. No rooms ready early . Had to wait and fight amongst the others checking in . Was never notified of room ready . Had to wait in line to check. NO WATER !!!. Not free or for purchase. Said delivery truck didn't come when all convenience stores had them .

Unique little hotel. Little pricey. Not a great area but a short walk to Canal and Bourbon streets

Young, modern feel of the common areas and the rooms. Historic building. Good food. Friendly staff
