Very excited hotel and the service is too gentle and near to the downtown

Located not far from the French Quarter. Can use trolley to get around. I was able to check in early.

Nice city to visit. Good food and atmosphere. The pool of the hotel was amazing.

My experience at this location was excellent. The room was what I expected it would be. Just a few things I didn’t like but the good was way better than the the bad. The staff was super friendly and professional. I will be booking here in the future again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean room and common areas. The only reason I gave a 4/5 on facilities is because I don't think we should have had to pay $25 to park in the hotel parking garage!

- Location: Easy to access - Gym room: Very limited types of machines - The room: Just a room. - As an Asian, I can say there’re some cultural differences between US hotels and Asian hotels. Americans might find the hotel great while Asians might not.

The room doors slammed every time someone left there room which was very annoying as it was very loud but other than that my stay was wonderful. Very nice central location.

I was nervous because I'm not much of a hotel person due to bad experiences overtime, but I was relieved!! It was clean and the staff was kind! Parking was easy! Peaceful!! I would definitely recommend a stay at this location and I will return!!

Room was nice. View of city is pretty. Front desk ladies super friendly. Hotel under renovations. Getting off slow elevators, hallway & walk to room, super warm with no air conditioning.

The service was great! We were let in to our hotel at 9am instead of the 4pm check in time. The location is a 15 minute walk to bourbon street and a 25 minute walk to cafe du monde. We visited March 2022 and their rooftop pool was being renovated. That was slightly annoying because this was NOT advertised on the website before we booked. We may have picked a hotel closer to downtown but we were excited about the pool :/

Nice and clean place

The service was good. Staff was friendly. But the room was in bad shape. There was a sticky stain on the carpet. Toilet kept running water. The shower head and faucet was rusted. Bed didn’t smell clean and pretty sure there was a bug. Overall would not return. Definitely need a remodel. Also got a cheese pizza from the hotel restaurant and definitely was a Digiorno Pizza. Kinda wack.
