Wouldn't book again. Paid for balcony, 1st night was not given because " sold out" but no refund could be given. Next sent to a room that had no working shower. Only 1 attendant helpful. Walking distance from Burbon street. But wouldn't book again.

The only issue I had with this hotel was the creepy old elevator, felt like the elevator was gonna snap and fall. Everything else was top-notch! Will come back! Amazing!

The lobby was pretty. The ac could not be turned off in our room- it was warmer in the hall so we left the door open until it could be fixed. Finally we said give us another room-it was a king and not a double which I booked for a reason. Tub stopper didn’t work. Had large wedding until 10pm with loud music. Below our window. Would not stay here again.

This property has a beautiful courtyard and pool area. The staff was amazing and the valet staff made sure I had my car in a timely manner and assisted me with my luggage. On my second night there some rowdy guests interrupted my sleep; however, when I called the front desk, they responded to the situation quickly and the next morning moved me to another room. My room was smaller than expected and needed a thorough cleaning (around the edges of the floor and behind the bed). I especially enjoyed the french doors that let in the warm morning sunlight and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings.

Just need some updates in the room the Tv streaming suck couldn’t watch tv freezing up bathroom ceiling need update the heating system didn’t work last night elevator kept stopping old but the staff professional and the court yard was great

2 ice machines broken, no ice except in bar. Old and not kept maintained. Heat settings are cold, hot and off, automatically set to cold, had to call maintenance to change. The only parking option is $45 valet per day. No information in the room for room service, hotel option, or TV channel’s.

Maison Dupuy is a lovely hotel and only 2 blocks from Bourbon Street. I like Fahy's Irish Pub, just kitty-corner. My balcony room was nice and clean, and a good size. I shared the balcony with one room on each side. A big trash bag and wet towels sat on the balcony 4 days. It was fun to hear and see the clip-clop of a mule pulling a cart every few hours! When I checked in, in January, the front desk said my reservation was in September. I had confirmed the reservation 36 hours earlier. I imagine it's the fault of *******. The front desk gal was a gem and sorted it all out; thanks, ma'am! I expect to stay at Maison Dupuy on every trip to NOLA. Good job, staff.

I marked it down on cleanliness not because it wasn’t clean but it really needs to be renovated . That not something the cleaning staff can do. The desk staff were very friendly and worked hard to accommodate the needs of the guest.
