I stay in different Marriot hotels in different states for work and leisure. On average, I use Marriot at least once every month either myself or with my husband. Most locations are very flexible and understanding with the changing plans especially for work reasons. I was surprised that this location did not want to reimburse 2 nights out of 7 days stay when I called back from work. I provided a very early and convenient notice to leave two days early and even though I was able to get a reimbursement it was a real after and after a long talk and multiple calls from *******. Therefore, I am very disappointed in a way since I chose Marriot always not only because it is clean and safe but also allow me some flexibility for majorly for work reasons when I can provide an early notice.
