**Review for Roami Mandeville** I have stayed at Roami Lola in New Orleans on multiple occasions and always had uneventful, pleasant experiences. However, my recent stay at Roami Mandeville in mid-December was nothing short of disappointing. Upon arrival, I was assigned Unit G. After some difficulty locating the unit, I finally found it, only to discover that it was still occupied and cluttered with the personal belongings of the previous guest. This was particularly distressing as I was traveling with several family members, including my toddler granddaughter. I immediately reached out to customer service and provided pictures of the occupied unit. To their credit, Roami attempted to resolve the issue by finding us another unit to accommodate our group. However, the experience only worsened. After trying to access two different units, the codes provided for the doors would not work. It took over an hour before we were finally given a code that granted us access to a unit. Unfortunately, the new unit was far from satisfactory. It was only partially stocked and did not include basic necessities like bath towels, which we had to purchase ourselves. The hot water in one of the bathrooms was dangerously scalding and could not be regulated. To make matters worse, the unit was in an old house that smelled strongly of mold and moisture, which made our stay uncomfortable and raised health concerns. Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing, especially given my previously positive stays at Roami Lola. I expected better from a brand I trusted. I hope Roami takes these issues seriously and improves their operations at the Mandeville property. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to others and will hesitate to book with Roami in the future.
