The hotel was good, but we can’t sleep well because the people at the next room were too loud. Breakfast was basic. I traveled with my service dog and they charged me as non-refundable $150, was more than i paid for the room.

For a corporate Marriott this is a good option, an oasis of calm in what can be a chaotic city at times. My only issue is they don't offer streaming platforms like other Marriott options do - for example at Residence you get Netflix, Amazon Prime, Plato TV, almost any platform you can imagine. The TownPlace doesn't have any of this stuff. Kind of confusing why you'd limit the amenities. Another issue - not even a bottle of water in the room. I just stayed at a hyatt last night (Barnett) where you get an entire giant fridge full of anything you could imagine - champagne, red bull, soda, wines, etc. So by comparison this place feels really austere for the price. Also, the weird security lockout where my key didn't work from 0:00 - 1:30AM, is bizarre and caused some logistical issues for me checking in late. With a little more vibe this place could be 5/5 but I'm rating it 3/5 for the lack of amenities.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel was super nice, the bedroom was big and clean, super comfortable. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was really good. Definitely recommend!!

Hotel is on canal street little away from bourbon so location is great. Room service is every alternate day which is disappointing. Breakfast and other services are good.

酒店位置不錯，就在10號公路旁離城中心區域走路二十分，到波本街僅十分鐘。有有軌電車門前經過，方便。房間很大定的是雙大床，房有廚房，早餐也還不錯標準美式。酒店的停車場在斜對面，要過馬路。離酒店最近的公共停車場方便，二十美金一天，遇週六日還有折扣。空調的聲音有點偏大，衞生不錯比較乾淨，我們在入住時遇到小麻煩，但攜程工作人員給予細心溝通很快就解決了，必須點贊。

La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisine est dans la cuisine avec une plus un grand frigidaire. Le personnel de l hôtel est incroyable, gentil et très attentionné. La seule chose à améliorer est le petit déjeuner qui est répétitif et peu carie. L hôtel est très bien situé dans can street avec un arrêt de tram à 200 m. Je recommande cet hôtel

住了6晚 環境不錯 就是挨着市中心 有點吵 汽車和摩託車的轟鳴很大 租車停車大概20美金一晚 在對面街區

酒店位置離法國區步行大約10分鐘左右 非常安靜 門口坐叮噹車很方便 房間乾淨寬敞 浴室很大 淋浴水壓很強 早餐很好 種類很多 各種咖啡果汁 堅果 空調噪音有點吵 床軟硬度適中 但是床架老舊 總體來説性價比挺好 推薦
