Hotel le Roi

The overall hotel is really good but the location is a bit disappointing the hotel room has the bath tub which is really good overally the check in and check out is really nice everything is fantastic except the location the hotel room is exactly as the pics

Don't take it. You will suffer. Horrible experience ever. Unclean, mis***aged, insects in bathroom/toilet and powercut, locality is bad. Paharganj is not a good locality. I walked in room and saw unclean towel at bathroom floor with clump of hair probably of previous guests. The staff who helped me move in tried to cover the clump with his feet. He left rightway, probably he could feel that it is dirty and I am going to ask him for a cleaning. Floor was dirtly. Hygiene issues in bathroom. Taps, shower heads are dirty. You don't want to touch them. In absence of shower curtains, water spills all around. Toilet seat is the worst part. Broken and small that you are almost seating without a seat. I did not use it. I used my personal towels. The staff is unprofessional. The hotel is named Le Roi which means The King in French. I am sure that French Kings were not that dirty. II paid for a multi-night stay but fled after just one night. The thought of spending another minute in that hotel was unbearable, forcing me to roam the streets of Delhi in the sweltering heat rather than return to that dreadful room. I ran away from there.

Nice place to visit and visit ***y times very family trip and staff is also very supportive like the hotel and services very much and house keeping is also nice and food is very tasty and like homemade .

We stayed for 12 hrs as a transit halt. Everything was perfect. Room size was sufficient with a balcony. Bathroom was neat and clean. Bedsheets, towels were clean. Ample parking space. From balcony ( room no 316) can have a beautiful view of the railway platform and the lush green surroundings. They have a common boundary (with a gate in between) with the railway station. Through that gate you can reach the platform within a minute. Food available is on a bit higher(cost) side. Kids play area is there. Overall it was a good experience.

While asleep around 11PM. I had a couple walk in to the room. They got in to the room with a key given to them by the hotel receptionist. You have to go to the receptionist everyday to get your room reassigned to you throughout your stay. That nice couple had been there for a few days already and had a few more days left to their reservation. So they walked in to the room that they had been assigned to for the reservation. To them it seemed like we were the intruders. Thankfully the nicest couple were willing to change rooms since they had just 2 backpacks cz they were visiting family during Diwali and had their big luggage with their family. The hotel had double booked one room and given 2 couples the same room key. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff has nothing to say about it. They couldn’t even admit their mistakes. No apologies from their side either. Rooms look much nicer in pictures but it’s dirty in reality. Bathroom is dirty. It is spacious and location isn’t bad but I could’ve gotten way better hotel for similar price around the neighborhood. Staff is absolutely horrible. Receptionist lady was extremely slow and didn’t care about customers at all. They’d try to get until you raise your voice at them. I like to travel and have stayed in ***y hotels but this was hands down the worst one I had ever been to. I’d rather pay a little more and stay at other place. I’d definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. UNSAFE AND HYGIENIC. HORRIBLE STAFF AS WELL.

Stay was comfortable. We booked executive room and it was clean tidy and spacious. Eashroom was also hygiene n staff is good too. Coiperative n friendly. Food quality is good and value for moeng stay

Dreadful Very very old furnishings Mattress terrible Towels/ bedding seen much better days And Why the rusty dirty bins ..It did make it smell, flies everywhere. No hot water, Apparently a Deluxe room. All we could smell urine in the duvet.

Once again, It was a pleasant stay with you. Liked your room and services. But we are little bit disappointed with your food this time, specially South Indian breakfast. Rest of the things are appreciated. Very comfortable.
