Nice place and good old hotel, with the wet Delhi vibe. Learnt how to swim here when I was a kid so lots of fond memories.

It was nice cozy stay! Though the hotel was empty, they didn't give a free upgrade, which I was hoping for, especially since their room descriptions are not much different !

Extremely old hotel. I don’t think recommend this to anyone. Staff is ok but no water in the washroom or flush

Prateek and Pawan was good smooth check out. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The hotel tops out among other buildings as is easily recognizable when you walk on foot. 6 km to the Ark of India and the Presidential residence. Tuk-tuks readily available at any corner.

I stayed for one night in this hotel when you enter the hotel no one is there is to assist you with your baggage no welcoming smile, looks like they are playing peek a boo so you don’t feel they are looking at you ,but when your are leaving if they see you are offering them a tip they run towards your car with a smile and open door for you. Hopefully when you reach reception they make you feel special at least they offer you to sit , the receptionist made my check in easy without hassle but you have to have a hustle for a king size bed they do have it but they don’t offer upfront. Finally when you reach you room nice cozy room with modern equipment’s , rating as a 5 star hotel themselves but they still have a basic slippers or basic amenities on request . And cherry on the top comes when you try to order from there so called room service first they don’t have menu in room when I called up there a person named nand not so sure what that bugger name was i believe he was a lawyer got a wrong job in hospitality. He will argue with you will let you know all sections of your amendment, but won’t serve you anything until you order some food . They have a scanner for food which I was not able to find but like me if your phone battery is drained of you are gonna die famished, I don’t think so it’s none of his business to explain me that anyways after a hectic day don’t call room service just if you want to have a drink as he’s gonnna charge you for asking a glass and ice . They will serve you anything if you pay them for a carbonated water/food no courtesy they offer . Breakfast is the service which has to be talked about Ashok there serves you top notch he makes you feel what a true hospitality is . Check out is easy but do tell them before heading for breakfast.
