Phòng sạch sẽ nhưng cần bảo trì. Các phòng trông hơi cũ. Những cuộc điện thoại không bao giờ được thực hiện. Nhân viên khách sạn thật thô lỗ.

Nhân viên dễ chịu. Dịch vụ tốt. Đã được phục vụ món khai vị cũ ở shaslik. Nhưng nhân viên rất tử tế khi cung cấp món ăn thay thế (tôi đã từ chối một cách lịch sự) N*** khi bạn bước vào khách sạn, toàn bộ khu vực sảnh bốc mùi ẩm ướt và mùi nấm mốc trong không khí. Rất nguy hiểm cho nhân viên và khách hít phải chất này. Rất may, tôi đã được cấp một căn phòng không có vấn đề ẩm ướt và nấm mốc. Khách sạn cần phải đóng cửa n*** lập tức để sửa chữa lớn.

Phòng sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp và rộng rãi. Dễ dàng và nhanh chóng để đến và đi từ sân bay. Thức ăn ngon được phục vụ

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It's a total nightmare. Extremely dirty, moldy and hasn't been maintained in decades. The black mold on the walls and carpets is a health hazard and trip.com should remove this hotel from the platform. I refused the checkin as soon as I saw the room, and 6 days later still waiting for a refund confirmation. See the pictures for reference.

I want to give them the minus star. Bad service and old hotel.

While the reviews on Tripadvisor are poor, the place is better than what it is made out to be. The lobby is huge and the rooms are spacious with decent amenities. However, since the ambience is one of bureaucratic largesse rather than service orientation, the immediate comparison with the overall hospitality sector puts this property in the shade.

Last night, since the Indigo flight had got rescheduled, we were put up in Centaur hotel for a few hours. We reached the hotel at 11:50 PM. The person at front office, Mr. Ghanshyam Chauhan, welcomed us with a smile and made us quite comfortable in the hotel. Since it was late night, he also arranged dinner for us. I was accompanied by my husband and young daughter, Mr. Ghanshyam also ensured that we get a clean room. We wish Mr. Ghanshyam and his team all the very best! We were there for four hours, rested well and checked out at 3 AM.

Worst hotel , I have ever been. I had an early flight and wanted to get some sleep . My nephew booked it for me . No way, I have booked myself I reached at 7 pm and they said no room is available. My nephew prepaid it . Reception staff was deliberately slow , On my complaining , a senior guy told staff to give me room 3009. The room was dirty, plugged sink, peeling pain. Shower head was leaking all over . Because I wanted to sleep for 6 hours before my early morning international flight, I just crashed after getting sink and toilet working . This is worst place , have ever stayed. This place needed to be shut down . Needs massive renovation. Can’t comment on food as I was out at 4.15 am

I stay at this hotel at 24th Feb as I need to catch my london flight next date afternoon. Few good points to highlight:- 1- Amazing staff, very cooperative, very friendly, very nice soft skill knowledge. I arrived at morning 7AM, Actually check-in time was 2PM but they given room at 9AM. 2- Very big hotel, right at airport, Hotel have so much space that you can walk its surrounding and you time pass very easily, My kids very happy to see lots of peacocks on back side. Very positive vibes coming in hotel premises. 3- Very cheap price comparing to central location of airport. 4- Room was very clean, Good view of delhi airport and it surroundings at night. You feel you are at best place. Only suggestion to increase breakfast food varity. Rest All good. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Mr. Maanoj, Sales Mgr is a thorough gentleman and has been very assisting and cordial towards the guests. He goes that extra mile to ensure all is taken care of. A good refurbishment of the hotel needs to be done and it would surely its long lost glory once it stood for. Wish to see it a much better shape.

I cannot believe how awful this hotel is. We checked in, saw the room, booked another hotel and were gone again in 15 minutes. This hotel is dated and massively massively in need of some work - no scratch that, just knock it down and start again. Here is everything I noted that’s wrong with this hotel (I normally do pros and cons but there was nothing positive): Checkin took ages and they seem to be stuck in the 70s before automated computer processes came in. They asked us to scan our passport then asked us to fill out our passport info on a form, where we’ve flown from, where we’re going (why do you need to know this?) Bags from people that had already checked out but I assume were coming back later were just chilling by the hotel reception, not in a locked cupboard where they should be. The room (the juicy bit you want to know): Upon entry I was greeted with some very beaten up drywall/ paint/ basically the wall was f*cked. There was a dent in the floor under the carpet and general staining There were stains all over the walls. The chair at the desk was gross and essentially broken - when I sat on it it just dipped in, didnt spring back. In the bathroom, the drain hadnt been declogged of hair in about a decade, the toilet didnt flush, and the bath tub was disgusting, plus staining on the mirror. The mirror in the room was dirty Spare pillows in the cupboard had no covers on them The mini fridge was dirty plus where it’s house is also f*cked (see photos) The window seemed to be permanently open so it was freezing in there. Mould all around the bath tub A supposed bin with dirt in the bottom Exposed wires in the bathroom ——- So if you’re still not sure if you should stay here there is something wrong with you. I wanted to take a shower as soon as I left that joint. This place should be shut down. It is disgusting. Don’t let the fairy lights in the atrium fool you.

Hotel at a very affordable rate in place like Aerocity. The staff was very humble. Sales manager Mr. Manoj, was very forthcoming and ensured that our stay very comfortable, a big thank to him. Food served as buffet is decent and adequate variety is being served.
