Quite hotel

Current stay at Novotel is good. Housekeeping is responsive, especially Mr. Roshan did an excellent job on follow ups and requests. Restaurant breakfast buffet is good. Elevator music could be a little bit different for different parts of the day. Lower lobby level seating areas could use a change of furniture

Very good experience

Positives: Hotel is well situated in Aerocity. The rooms are well equipped and nicely presented. There is also a nice pool and gym area. Negatives: Although there is a wide range of food options available, they are all extremely expensive by Indian standards. We dined at the Exchange restaurant and the curry we had was just not tasty whatsoever and at nearly 30 dollars for one curry and rice it was a rip off. We found the front desk service poor, Indians often have no regard for queues and the front desk allows this rather than telling people to wait their turn. Also we asked the cashier about booking an airport shuttle for us both and he said it would cost 3600 rupees which is an absolute scam, we walked to the metro and got that for 40, yes 40 rupees total.

We were only there for one night. Check in was a bit slow. The room was tidy and clean. Location was very near airport and not far from other places we needed to visit. For the price, it was great value for money!

It was horrified experience with Novotel this time. Restaurant service at breakfast time was really pathetic. They alloted us table but it was already alloted to someone else, and it was happened to us three times in this week. Even mosquitos was flying there around sprouts table It's really bad experience this time. Sorry novotel.

Everything was great about this hotel. The reception staff, catering together with the room service . Looking forward to the next trip. My daughter , mum and I had a great time ❤️ Thank you.

Good hotel close to airport. Not really a five star, maybe 4 at best.

I’ve requested hotel for written report regarding damaged luggage.I’ve yet to hear from hotel. Regrettably,my second stay was marked by a series of issues. While taking a shower, the shampoo bottle became dislodged, and there was an insufficient amount of shampoo for two people's use. I immediately contacted the housekeeping department, requesting replenishment of shampoo and the reinstallation of the dislodged bottle. A staff member named Kailash responded to my call and provided a new shampoo bottle. He verbally assured me that he would assist with fixing the dislodged bottle. However, his response changed after receiving tips, and he later informed me that the dislodged shampoo bottle would be addressed the following day. The most concerning incident occurred when my small luggage was mishandled by your staff, leading to significant damage to my suitcase. I want to emphasize that my luggage was in perfect condition when I checked it at the airport upon arrival. Unfortunately, the damage occurred while my luggage was under the care of your hotel, specifically when it reached my room. Without delay, I reported this issue to the hotel front desk, where staff attempted to resolve the situation by offering an alternative, leftover suitcase, which I declined. Given the extent of the damage to my suitcase, I proposed to purchase a new one at my own expense. I’m attaching the pictures as proof of purchase and damaged luggage inside the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the airport. Staff were welcoming and friendly upon arrival. The cleanliness of the hotel was not so good. There’s an unpleasant smell in the room (smells like there’s pee on the floor). I could not sleep due to the odor. I paid for a King size bed and received double beds.

Good overall stay at this hotel. Close to Airport and convenient.
