Bloom Hotel - GK2

I think I found my go-to hotel in Delhi now. That's how I felt about my recent stay at Bloom Hotel in GK 2. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at home. They were so friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and a genuine willingness to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast was nothing fancy, but all the good stuff (Indian and Western) you need to kickstart your day. And my room? Let's just say I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean it was. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day exploring Delhi. But here's what I genuinely appreciated: they have this awesome AI chat for room service! Forget picking up the phone – a few taps on my phone and I had the amenities delivered right to my door. Talk about a cool and convenient feature! The location was perfect for me! I had all my work around South Delhi, and Bloom Hotel GK2 was right in the middle of it all. If you're looking for a place that's comfy, convenient, and has a touch of tech-savvy charm, you can't go wrong with Bloom Hotel. I must mention the Duty Manager, Mr Anand Balaji who was a pleasure to interact with and Highly recommend!

Everything that could of gone wrong did. We checked in and were given room 001. This room was extremely noisy with a window to an alley just off the main road but the issues didn’t stop there there was no hot water, the toilet would not flush and there was a strong smell of sewage in the room. We were moved room on the second day after complaining to reception but they only had twin rooms available. At breakfast there was off milk on the buffet, when we informed staff they told us that it was in date and would be fine but smelt and taste as if it had been left in the sun. Would definitely not stay again.

No nonsense business hotel, it will be good if they have a heater inside the room, Lakshmi and Anjali at the reception was super professional and helpful, will come back for sure. The location at Gk2 was great and it is near to all the important locations

One of good property i stayed till date.The greenery around the property is like awesome.The hospitality was good.we wanted a late check out and they agreed without charging extra money.Rooms were spacious and staff is very cute especially Anjali Nishant tabassum ,divyjot, vahzad, Anand Bhai thank you so much

I stayed here at the beginning and end of a tour with G Adventures. It is a good, basic hotel and my rating is based on its location in a big city and that it is considered a three star hotel. My room was clean and the sheets were of good quality which is important to me. There was good water pressure for the shower. In the first room, the air conditioner was very noisy, but the second room it was very quiet and powerful. They do not have hair dryers in the room but you can ask for one. The breakfast was fine with eggs cooked to order and several other things. At different times there were dishes left in the hallways for a long time and that was very unappealing.

I am a regular customer of Bloom hotel. It’s one of the best hotels I have stayed in New Delhi within Rs 5k-6k. I am happy with the customer service, perfect location, 45 minutes from airport and the breakfast service is 10/10. I will certainly visit again in the future.
