Khách sạn tệ nhất từng đến ở Delhi. Khách sạn này không có bếp riêng. Họ tính thêm tiền cho đồ ăn. Họ lấy đồ ăn từ Thela gần đó phục vụ đồ ăn giá rẻ nhưng khách sạn tính tiền dựa trên thực đơn. Không sạch sẽ, dịch vụ phòng tệ nhất.

Phòng bẩn không đạt tiêu chuẩn, thậm chí vòi nước trong phòng tắm còn hỏng nhưng nhân viên rất tốt và hợp tác.

Phòng sạch sẽ. Nhân viên thân thiện. Điểm trừ là nguồn cung cấp nước nóng cho phòng tắm không ổn định và họ không có bếp riêng. Họ lấy đồ ăn từ bên ngoài. Vị trí là một vấn đề nhỏ vì taxi không thể vào tận nơi do đường hẹp.

Việc dọn phòng không bao giờ đúng cách. Đường dây cố định trong phòng bị hỏng. Cáp TV có vấn đề về tín hiệu. Tôi không xem được trận đấu cricket trên TV do tín hiệu kém. Điều hòa bị tắt trực tiếp từ lễ tân. Nhiều lần mất điện và máy phát điện khởi động chậm

Tôi đã đặt phòng Dulex, một trong những phòng tốt nhất trong 2 đêm nhưng khi tôi khiếu nại, họ đã chuyển chúng tôi sang phòng Dulex, phòng này không thoải mái lắm.

Khu vực xung quanh khách sạn có mùi hôi. Nhân viên khách sạn tốt nhưng họ không dọn dẹp hay thay đổi bất cứ thứ gì trừ khi được yêu cầu. Khu vực chung không tốt để ở cho những gia đình vệ sinh. Hầu hết các khách sạn đều hoạt động vì họ có ga xe lửa New Delhi ở một đầu và ga tàu điện ngầm rk ashram ở đầu kia.

Chúng tôi ở đó với tư cách là vợ chồng trong 6 ngày và thấy khách sạn này tốt nhất và an toàn cho gia đình. Vị trí dễ tiếp cận. Giá rẻ cho một phòng có máy lạnh. Không có vấn đề vệ sinh, phòng tắm hiện đại và sạch sẽ. Ngoài ra còn có nước nóng và lạnh. Có hệ thống liên lạc nội bộ và thang máy nên bạn có thể sử dụng bất cứ lúc nào bạn cần.

hotel kaushal palace is not good. His manager and employees not good. I stay full night here he was not given to water and towel. Room clean up was not good even bed sheet is also not clean. I visited to counter and respectfully i ask about this issues he said we can not help you.
