First time I stayed in Tepic. Not interested in the surrounding businesses but the walk to the centro was not bad. I enjoyed staying away from the Centro . Staff was nice and accommodating. Food was good. Dinner was the best. Would stay there again.

I had to rewrite the review because tripadvisor deleted the one I already wrote by signing me again, the Hotel was excellent, the room is very nice and have everything you need like big water bottles, the TV had HBO, the restaurant is delicious and the portions are big, the location is very good at the center of the city,

As soon as you walked in you can see the beautiful and brand new hotel. The front desk was very professional and helpful. The rooms are standard size but very beautiful and have all you could need to have a perfect stay. They offer complementary breakfast, the food is good the only down side is that it gets very busy in the weekends so you might have to wait a little bit longer for your food. We have a van with us and had no problem finding parking any of the days we stayed. The cleaning lady was great and always left the room very clean, please tip her if you can. All the rest of the staff was great, I would definitely will come back and recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

Grata sorpresa encontrar éste hotel en Tepic, el trato del personal super amable y cálido, las camas súper cómodas, los blancos como sábanas, toallas y en general lo cómodo de la habitación valieron la pena, se encuentra cerca del Centro histórico (3 calles) cuenta con estacionamiento propio y el desayuno buffet que te ofrecen incluido en la tarifa DELICIOSO, seguramente en otro momento de visitar Tepic, pensaremos en éste hotel para quedarnos.

excelente hotel para descanso y para realizar actividades de trabajo, esta muy bien ubicado, con excelentes atención y servicio, tiene variedad en los alimentos, la gente muy atenta a lo que uno requiera, se ve que se tienen diversas actividades dentro del mismo sin molestar a los demas

Excelente ubicación, modernidad, limpieza. Es un hotel nuevo y con excelente servicio. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y espaciosas. La calidad de los alimentos es muy buena. La limpieza es visible en todo el hotel. El área de estacionamiento es pequeña pero siempre hay lugar.
