The property was excellent. They changed my room because I wanted a better review. The food was amazing and I enjoyed every bit of my trip.

Great hotel for relaxing and having a great time. Ideal for families with little kids as they offer waterpark. Not ideal for partying hard. Staff is very friendly. Food is very good. Everything is walking distance from room towers, although they offer rides on golf carts

Property is a mountain resort lots of walking but they have golf carts readily available to give you a ride to any site on the property. No entertainment, food truck was closed, food options limited, good for R&R if your seeking beach side resort with daily entertainment this is not it. Grounds are beautiful, rooms need some more sprucing up, only towels given no wash cloths more toiletries expected at a Marriott resort. Staff was friendly. It was an ok stay but could definitely be a lot better.

AMAZING SERVICES. SAIRA IN HOUSE KEEPING TANIA AT THE FRONT DESK TO POOL GUARD JOSE IS JUST A FEW NAME TO MENTION. THEY WENT OUT IF THE WAY EXCPTIONAL SERVICE. ALL THE MANAGING STAFF VERY HELPFUL. THEY WENT OUT AND ABIVE WITH THEIR SERVICE. WENDY AT THE BUFFET. WOW. GREAT AND AMAZING PEOPLE WITH BEST ATTITUDE.

The food, staff attentiveness, the pantries around the hotel for late night snacking and the cleanliness are amazing! The only thing that wasn't a bother to me but might be to others, is the area around the hotel. It is not by the beach or surrounded by resorts. It is secluded and is an impoverished neighborhood surrounding it. They do have a beach shuttle to take you to the beach club where drinks and food are included. it was a great stay!

Its a lot of walking so be prepared- you are in the mountain area. Resort was beautiful, and my kids absolutely loved the waterslides.

This property is beautiful! The staff was very kind and genuinely went out of there way to accommodate their guests. It is tucked away in the forest, and feels very safe and quiet. There are multiple security gates around the property to ensure that only guests are on the property. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. There is a shuttle that takes you down to the beach resort, which is also part of the all-inclusive, and has its own kitchen and bar. The beach is scenic and there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas and places to relax. We had rented a car, which made things even easier, as they offer free valet at the hotel and you can park right in front of the beach resort for free. Most of the staff spoke basic English, many were even more fluent. There are several pools throughout the property and even a mini lazy river. The food options are limited. There is a breakfast and dinner buffet, and then a pool bar and the beach club, which offer lunch throughout the day. There is also a snack lounge which offers soft drinks, tea and coffee and very simple snacks like cereal, and potato chips, sometimes some fruit. There is plenty of bottled water, and they have purification systems for the ice, so we felt safe. If you are visiting this region of Mexico, PV/Nayarit, this seems to be one of the best places to stay, if you want something that is away from the crowds and more remote.
