Staff is terrible. Pool is closed forever. Breakfast is just coffee. There is tons of homeless roaming around. Room was dirty and stains everywhere.

Good morning everyone on the great day June 29/2024 we just stay at supper 8 National City.Good room , beautiful,we are happy.good service. Safety parking,we like this place, rate is ok . Booking is too easy, we think that everyone to happy like us.

Charged me more after I already paid online. Traveling late so I had no choice to go to another hotel.

They charge money to make a reservation, but do not hold up the reservations and do not give you your money back

When I arrived we had issues with changing the credit card, then was given a non-serviced room and breakfast was a Costco granola bar and. Juice, no decaf cofeee

This used to be called the Sweetwater Inn decades ago. But it is outdated, dingy and the room is so so. The room is not quite at and you can hear everything. The cable tv reception was spotty, the bed is comfortable and that is a plus. Even though it looks like something from the 70’s. If you just need a room for the it will work.

horrible customer service by Randy.the place was close to aging family we wanted to visit but the Rude Randy made that impossible and we had to drive home 6-1/2 hours in the black of night without any rest and frustrated as all.

Stayed here for 1 night. The motel was very clean. The hallways and elevator smelled freshly cleaned. The beds were comfortable, our room was clean and the showers were pleasant. The motel suited our basic needs. However, don't expect much for the "breakfast" that's included. The motel had one coffee pot and a small basket of granola bars in the dining area. The fact that their profile listed free breakfast was the reason we spent a few dollars more staying here than at a motel 6. Honestly, if you need a budget friendly stay and wont be in the room much or care about free breakfast, go with Motel 6 down the freeway and save money. All in all, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean, which matters the most, imo.

Horrible customer service and they’ll repeatedly tell you “no visitors and no pets” like you’re a child. They make you feel very judged and I and my fiancé didn’t appreciate it! And very limited parking spots! I give this place a 0/10 rating

It was mobility accessible with a roll-in shower. The bed was a good height and did not present a problem getting into it. We really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely book again! The parking was close to door.

Our room was clean and roomy, which we appreciated. The refrigerator on the other hand was sub standard. We were traveling by car and had a cooler with food and medicine that we put in the refrigerator every night when we stopped and put our blue ice in the freezer of the frig. When checking in to this property the freezer was iced up. When we returned in the evening it had defrosted and there were hunks of ice in the frig which I cleaned up. After that the frig never really got very cold and nothing froze in the freezer, my ice packs which were partially frozen, thawed out completely. When bringing this to the manager's attention he was very snappy and short with me, intimating we had put the frig on the wrong setting. I made sure it was on the right setting and the next night when still not cold I talked to Andre the night attendant, who was very kind and helpful, and he swapped the frig out, not for a new one, altho there was one in a box in the lobby, but for another used one, which also had the same problem. I gave up, kept things we wanted cold in the freezer part because it was a little colder, but nothing froze. Also had to ask for towels and coffee packets every day since they were not replaced if used.
