Overall service by the staff was good. However they seem understaffed. Also it seemed that some employees were not willing to listen to their supervisors. On just our arrival I overheard their staff member cussing the other one on the phone in the presence of our family and kids. Vikramsingh was very eager to help but there were not ***y ways he could. Positives: Specious rooms Veran***s in room Large bathrooms Good food Good attitude by staff Negatives: AC did not work. Even after getting it cleaned it wasn't working efficiently. I agree with Mr. Nahar in reviews. The swimming pool was dirty. I believe it is never maintained or cleaned. Half of our family members fell ill the next day with fever. No hot water. Again agree with Mr. Nahar. Lizards in bathrooms. Drapes in bad condition. Carpets are dirty and torn. There was only one person helping with luggage on our arrival. So we had to help him. However they rectify this when we were leaving. Most of the reviews are weird usernames with only 1 contribution. So I think they are misleading. I am going to send this to Justa sr mgmt as I don't believe that it is worthwhile for the money we have to spend.

It is my second time stayed with my family at Justa Nathdwara; It is as good as it was earlier 2 years ago; Great Hospitality and peace of landscape; And one of my best ever Chef Dauji Singh served a awesome food..! There is no change in taste of food wich i have earlier! Jay shree Krishna

Excellent stayed with warm welcomed by Mr. Amit Puniya and tell about the whole service during checked inn. And really great services by Hotel staffs. Mr. Veeram (Staff) behavior was so nice and humble. Morning views and sunset area/ pont is very genuinely place.Thanks

we have booked for 2 nights, for our parents and they really loved the hotel hospitality, Nathdwara is a holy shrine and this 5 start facility provided much-needed comfort during visiting Nathdwara now. My parents are enjoying every moment of their stay, the food served in Dinner or breakfast lain in the morning is good in quality and testy as well. We are very happy to choose this property and now become our every time destination when we visiting Nathdwara.But specia Thanks Mr VIRAM .

Nestled amidst the serene beauty of nature justa brigbhoomi is an absolute gem.from the moment we arrived we were enveloped in an a**osphere of peace and tranquility.the lush greenery combined with the stunning architecture created a truly enchanting sitting.staffs in front office and restaurant were helping nature Vikram and Amit Where. so helpful
