Na verdade ao chegar no Pontalmar, devido a problemas com o aquecimento de água fomos transferidos para o Rifóles Resort (hotel da mesma rede) localizado na frente do Pontalmar. Experiência maravilhosa!

Spent 3 nights in mid December with the family. 2 rooms reservation. Average accommodation, decent breakfast, swimming pool under construction, very poor internet connection. To top it up, 2 Hurley board shorts of my oldest son simply disappeared from the room and the hotel could not provide any resolution at all: frontdesk claimed they needed to check with Security, which in turn handed over the problem to Housekeeping.. Management was non-existent until the very last minute, when they assured us that the hotel would get back to us in a couple of hours. No response that day. No response to my subsequent emails. I'd definitively avoid the property and its sister place, Rifoles Praia Hotel & Resort.

Destaco el desayuno delicioso y muy variado, las habitaciones amplias y limpias, los recepcionistas muy amables, buena ubicación a 1 cuadra de la playa y cerca de bares y restaurantes. Lo único malo fue que desde mi habitación se escuchaba desde muy temprano el ruido de los platos y cubiertos al preparar el desayuno, creo que deberían tener más cuidado con eso, sin embargo lo recomiendo y volvería!

Fizemos as fotos com a Jessica Costa, da empresa Paparazzi, ela nos deixou super a vontade, bastante atenciosa... A atendente Beyoncé, nos ofereceu o melhor pacote para levarmos a nossa memória vivida em forma de álbum e molduras. Super indico

Hotel excelente, tivemos um problema mas foi prontamente resolvido. Paparazzi Jessica Costa excelente, muito atenciosa. Beyonce atendeu a gente pra mostrar as fotos com muito cuidado e carinho, profissionais excelentes. Voltaremos.

O atendimento no hotel foi incrível. Os funcionários são educadíssimos, super atenciosos, o hotel é maravilhoso, sempre muito limpo, o café da manhã e incrível e funcionários maravilhosos! O atendimento de fotos dos paparazzi do hotel é perfeito. Feito com muita qualidade, com muita atenção, as fotos ficam perfeitas. Vale a pena passar na loja e marcar as sessão de fotos! Ganhamos brindes! As fotógrafas são maravilhosas! Recomendo tudo nesse hotel! Voltarei aqui, com certeza!

Escolhemos mais uma vez essa cidade maravilhosa que é natal para celebra mais umanbodas. As pessoas sao muito receptivas e divertidas, mas o melhor de tudo é a tranquilidade do hotel, ótimo pra descansar . e ainda registrarmos esses momentos com a Paparazzi que fez um ótimo trabalho as fotos ficaram perfeitas. a mocinha que nos atendeu foi muito simpática
