Sonder Belcourt Apartments Hillsboro Village

This is my 3th Stay with Sonder in 2 different locations. This place is amazing. Both locations are in walking distance from Vanderbilt Medical Center. Always clean, always is good repair, always comfortable. The checking, checking out and parking instructions are simple to follow. This is where I will stay for all of my trips to Nashville. I couldnt be more pleased!

Fire alarms went off to many times and interrupted my sleep and upon arrival the elevators weren’t working if so I had to climb 7 flights of stairs.

DO NOT READ THIS I don’t want to tell everyone just how wonderful my stay was because the selfish part of me wants to keep this spot a secret. But everything about it was literally perfect.

Peaceful Everything was great. I had to take my wife to Vanderbilt for some test and it was the easiest check in I have ever had. The place was nice and clean and the best was very comfortable. I wish the weather had been a little warmer so we could have enjoyed the balcony, but that’s Mother Nature! It was nice to have everything nice and easy when you are there for a stressful reason,

This is a charming and well-located apartment — clean, thoughtfully decorated, and overall a lovely space to stay in. That said, there are a few small but important details that, if addressed, would significantly improve the experience. First, there’s no desk or workspace available. For guests who need to work while traveling, this is a real challenge. I ended up having to cancel two full workdays, as working from the couch or bed just wasn’t practical. Adding a small desk would make a big difference for business travelers like me. Second, the bathroom had a few maintenance issues — including cracked tiles and broken drawers that could be unsafe, especially for families with kids. More urgently, the shower leaked and caused some flooding, and we didn’t have enough towels to manage the water. Lastly, a few additional conveniences would go a long way, like hooks in the bathroom for towels or clothes. These are small, inexpensive fixes that would really enhance comfort and functionality. One other note: I paid for a late checkout (2pm), but someone entered the unit unexpectedly around 11:08am — just as I was stepping out of the shower. It was awkward and uncomfortable, and I hope future guests don’t have a similar experience. With these improvements, I’d happily return. I travel to the area often for work, and I’d love to make this my go-to place.

Great location to stay if you are visiting Vanderbilt University, right next to campus. Seems a quiet and safe neighborhood, with dining options close by.
