主人很熱情，一去就各種介紹，還告訴我們去火車站地鐵的捷徑，原本10分鐘的路5分鐘就到了。 早餐是樓下的咖啡店咖啡套餐。房間乾淨温馨， 算是個網紅BB吧。 就是禁煙房廁所排風口飄出一股煙味🚬

There is no one there. Remote entry off of a dingy second floor hallway. An elevator that is so small we barely got in with our crayon luggage. Nothing at the ‘reception’ desk and three keys laying on the desk with our name on a sticky note - none of which are labeled to help identify what they were for- Repeatedly tried to contact re: laundry and taxi needs and got no response. There is a light above the bed that flickers and since there is no one there, no way to get help. It’s in a filthy dirty neighborhood - we did not feel safe leaving after dark.

I’ll try to make this as constructive as possible, so I’ll start with the good. The property is located in a convenient location close to the Central Station, although the area around the station is a little dirty with some homeless people. When you get into the apar**ent, it’s clean and nicely decorated. The room was for 3 people and was pretty nice. Now for the downsides… When we arrived, the elevator was broken, so we had to suffer through carrying our luggage up 2 stories of stairs. Luckily, they apar**ent building was able to get the elevator fixed within a day or two of our arrival. Also, there were only sheets on the beds, no blankets. So that first night, we were cold. We later got blankets from housekeeping (housekeeping is only there for a few hours in the morning). There was no iron available, so if your clothes are wrinkled, you’re sh*t out of luck unless you brought your own. Communication was lacking. We ran out of toilet tissue and was told they would leave some at the front desk. They never did. We went 2 days without them restocking our toilet tissue. Luckily, we had wipes with us. They also never came to clean our room. The description for the room said “daily housekeeping” but I guess they just meant for the common areas. We were supposed to be provided with breakfast cards each day for the each of us (there were 3 of us in a room). We were only left one card one day. Never saw another card after that (this was brought up to the staff via WhatsApp and the cards still weren’t provided, just like the toilet tissue). Apparently, garbage gets collected around 1 in the morning. You can hear it loud and clear, at least from my room. There’s also a bell or something that goes off every morning at 7:30am. Again, you can hear it loud and clear from the room we were in. If you’re planning to stay in Naples for only a day or two, you might be ok with this place. Other than that, meh.

It was fine, but there was no one to talk to in person, and the trash was not taken out in the bathroom :/

The host was very responsive leading up to, during and after the the stay. She provided many details about how to get to the property, get into the property and how to use the dining credit. Getting into the property itself was tricky. I was traveling late; the gate did not work. The code did not work. We facetimed and I had to show her the building I was at for her to buzz me into the building. These were security measures for herself, her building, and also me. Being at another airbnb in Italy, the owner met us and walked us to the property. This owner stayed in a noisy dining area where it was diffiicult to hear and understand her directives. The room itself was clean and tidy. I did contact ******* to try and cancel my reservation, however the host would not agree and wanted to charge a cancellation fee (the price of the room) on top of what I had already been charged; I stayed for the night albeit against my choosing.

Poor communication with the property owners. Late replies. Somebody should be personally available at least 1-2 hours a day. Had some issues with their payment system. Very good housekeepers, clean facility, interesting area.

Very clean, very comfortable, well kept room. Remote check in was easy. Less than 10 minute walk from central train station. It was perfect for us.

I got the Capri room and it was beautiful and the location of it actually made it quiet. Napoli is not know for being quiet so this was a good find. It’s really close to the main train station. The check in was remote and I was worried but it was actually really easy and they responded on WhatsApp quickly when I had any questions.

Lovely property. The room was very nice and the process to check in was simplified with a video sent via WhatsApp. Breakfast is a bakery item and coffee from nearby bakery. The area is close to the train which is convenient but would not recommend the area for tourists.
