Great place to stay for a night or two. Cool location, close to center and bus shuttle to airport. Friendly staff. However, the elevator costs 10cts, which I had never seen before.

Beautiful suites in the heart of Naples and a short walk from the port and the buzz of the central shopping areas. A warm and friendly welcome from the reception team. I had read reviews and remembered to keep a couple of 10c for the lift as it’s 9th floor. After about 6pm the list is free to use. Suite has a well equipped en suite. A fridge and safe. There’s a large supermarket right around the corner and a taxi rank. Receptionist kindly booked us a taxi for the airport. The rooms are super clean and it smells and looks fresh. A large TV with many stations from around the world. Plenty of sockets to charge up. A charming and welcoming hotel and highly recommend for couples

Really great spot! Only thing we wish is that there was some there earlier to check in with but we lucked out and the maid was there and allowed us to leave our luggage. Comfortable beds and safe area

Is the first time a needed to pay for the elevator every time go up and down was very inconvenient one day, nobody was around no money for the elevator, and I needed to take the stairs to go down and fin 10 to bring money to my husband to go down.

The worst hotel that I ever seen.
1. They r close until 15:00 (check in) - if u arrive before: u can’t leave baggage.
2. U need to pay 10 cent every time u use the elevator (to go up/down).
3. No shampoo/soap at shower.
4. No blanket!, only sheet.
5.noisy! U here the ppls from out side, and the guy from the reception- u here everything!!!

This hotel is nice and charming on the center of Naples. The rooms are spacious and extra clean ! Plus we had access to Netflix !! A special thanks to Georgia for helping us during our trip and for her recommendations !

Posto esattamente il contrario di come mostrato in foto, sauna disastrata dove mancavano i mattoncini, quindi impossibile sederti senza graffianti, idromassaggio rotto da dove uscivano residui dai tubi misto peli. Sconsigliatissimo. Unica nota positiva il ragazza alla reception. Gentilissimo e disponibile. Per il resto dei veri truffatori. Dopo avergli scritto un messaggio non si sono neanche degnati di rispondere
