This place is absolutely terrible. You have to find this hidden office in the city to start off and then after that, you go to your hotel room across the city so the office isn’t even where you’ll be staying at. The worst part about it though is that you put down a 200€ deposit and I asked if I would get the entire thing back, never did. They said it takes up to 2 weeks. I tried calling them and the number doesn’t even work for the hotel. I booked through Trip.com, they were helpful and contacted them and THEY SAID THEY GAVE IT BACK. Never did. They rob you. I’ve never in my experience for any hotel had a deposit that large and then they don’t even return it. It’s basically a scamming AirBnB. They don’t have a contact Email either. Do NOT stay here! They lure you in with a cheaper price then just take the “deposit” from you so you’re actually paying more.

El hotel está en una ubicación perfecta vía Toledo, la habitación tenía unas vistas espectaculares a la calle. La única cosa es que el check in se hace en una úbicacion diferente a la del hotel,pero si les envías un correo al hotel te dan la dirección donde tienes que hacer el check in. Por todo lo demás genial!!

It was awful, trying to check in was a nigh**are, had to walk around the entire city to find the reception which is not based at where we were staying. Have to pay €4 to leave your luggage for the day.

We booked and paid the room via *********** but the hotel reception kicked us out! 1. It appeared the reception is situated far from hotel room itself, like 20 min away in a not safe district 2. They asked 200€ deposit from credit card only. But their terminal did not work well, and Our Dutch bank credit card was not accepted, even though it works everywhere else. They said it’s “your problem” and did not give us a room, even if we prepaid for it on ***********! 3. The reception girls were super rude, shouted at us, complained that we dared to seem tired after road and accused us not to say good morning to them (we said hello when came to reception). Then the strange street guy looking like a criminal used a force to kick us out of reception. They did not return money, just robbed us. I will claim that all to police with all the proves and aware all travelers not to book the hotel.

This place has few hidden SCAMS. Firstly, at your arrival you will be asked for €10 exit cleaning fee!! Something I have never heard of, have you? Secondly, the room is 15 mins walk up hills from the reception. Be aware if you an elderly or got bags or if it’s late at night. The name on the booking does not match the hotel name so you will be walking around like a fool trying to find the reception Check out by 10am! This is not an hotel really as it has less comfort than an Airbnb

We stayed at HG boutique hotel Toledo with 2 persons in the end of June 2022. The check in went smooth and was at a separate reception location, about 10 min walk from the actual hotel. They offered to bring us to the hotel by car, but we chose to walk. The hotel was located in the middle of the city centre, which was very nice! The room was clean, with a nice big bathroom and balcony overlooking the centre. Check out was very easy, as we only had to leave the keys in a basket. Overall we were very happy with the experience staying at HG boutique hotel Toledo!

I am SO impressed with this hotel - everything was so easy. I was able to WhatsApp reception before and during with any enquiries. The room itself was stunning - very clean and beautifully presented. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi was strong enough for Netflix. There was also a balcony which was a nice bonus. Checkout was so easy too. All you had to do was leave the keys in a basket outside your room. This hotel is such a steal as it is so amazingly priced. I can’t recommend it enough.

Very basic, no kettle, 7 flimsy hangers, nowhere to hang trousers or unpack much. This was supposed to be a superior room, but less than 30cm either side of the bed, there’s no bedside table. The single glazed window panels means no sound proofing, we are being woken at 7.30 am by pneumatic drilling outside to pavements. We can hear the TV in another room. You can hear every word from people in the corridor. There is a large terrace but this is pointless as there are no chairs or table to sit at. Worst of all the Reception is 12 minutes away. Its not easy to find, it wasted so much of our time. You cannot collect your key before 3.00, so they charge 4 euros to hold each bag until you can get the bunch of 6 keys you need to get in. You have to find the so called Hotel and room yourself. We asked for a clean towel, they charge 3 euros if you haven’t been there 3 days. There is no clearly marked fire exit or escape route. This is NOT a traditional hotel with staff at the hotel, this group buy up apar**ents and turn them into 6-8 tiny hotel style rooms, annexed from a central reception. We paid for 4 nights but will probably only stay 3, so asked if we could have an airport transfer instead. The Reception are completely unhelpful and called it “an absurd request”. I would never stay at this style of hotel again, to me it’s not a hotel.

Really good accommodation in very good price. Hotel is located on one of the most popular street on Naples -Via Toledo. Hotel room looks really good, staff is very friendly, they gave us a free ride from check-in location to the hotel.I recommend this place!
