I stayed here with my daughter a week. We had a great time! Location is amazing and great as base to explore the area. Hotel is super clean, girls at the front desk are very helpful and professional. Breakfast is served in the room only, very punctual. It is very quiet and we always had a good night sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is small, as was my room, and the breakfast room was under repair, so a bountiful continental breakfast, including rolls, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee was served on the small space available on my desk. Main complaint" no TV channels in English, like CNN or BBC. This is uncommon, yet 1 out of 3 of my hotels seemed not to care that most foreign tourists, not just US and Brits, use English for travel. The bathroom, though large, had no toilet paper holder, attributed to a destructive former guest. Also, no soap holder in the shower, but manager Patrizia put a chair in the bathroom so it wasn't necessary to bend to the floor. Antonio at the desk was great and informative. Staff mostly very helpful.

Hotel is in a wonderful location, so close to everything! The staff are just amazing & always made you feel welcome. The room is just a perfect size and the bathroom has an amazing shower.. breakfast is available in the hotel but did not order any as I'm not a breakfast kinda girl but helpful tip to others.

Small hotel tucked away on a back street but close to everything you need. Port a few minutes walk away, metro 5 mins walk away, shopping area just around the corner. Rooms were small but absolutely fine, cleaned every day. No tea/coffee making facilities but mentioned to staff I miss making a coffee when I wake up the next day there was a kettle & coffee etc in my room. Staff really nice & really helpful. No complaints at all about the hotel, really didn't like Naples, won't be returning but that's not the hotels fault!

We stayed 2 nights at this property in Naples before heading to Sorrento. We arrived late, at almost midnight but I called the property while in the taxi to let them know and the gentlemen was very kind and waited for us to arrive. We were checked in quickly and efficiently and also pre-ordered our breakfast which would be delivered to our room. The AC was off when we entered so it took awhile for the room to cool down, but it eventually did. The bathroom was nice and big with good water pressure. The room itself was very small but it met all of our needs and was clean and comfortable. It was a bit noisy but that was to be expected being right in the city. The breakfast was delicious and delivered right on time at the time we requested. There is also parking right next door if you need that.

This hotel is pretty rundown . I could see how it’s used be a nice hotel , but not any more . Had issue with air conditioner 2 times in one day we stayed there . Tried to call front desk about air conditioner issue , room phone did not work . End up going downstairs to report issue to the clerk . Shower door wasn’t closing properly , was off the rails . Walls looked pretty used with huge scratches all over . Just had that feeling of something that hasn’t been maintained well . I understand various stuff are expected to brake down from time to time . It was just too many small thighs that were broken .
On the positive side . Stuff was very nice and professional. Planty of soap and shampoo and few other disposable items . Parking is paid as expected , right next to hotel with in and out privileges .

Reservamos un año antes Un viaje programado con mucho tiempo Llegamos a Nápoles y vamos al hotel y nos dice que está completo que nos van a mandar a otro que está a 5 minutos caminando Nos cobran y nos dan la clave de la puerta Para llegar tuvimos que tomar un taxi estaba a 1/2 hora de taxi El lugares horrible unas calles complicadas con subidas y bajadas sin lugares de restaurantes Terrible Llamamos y nos cambiaron a otro hotel por el que tuvimos que pagar una diferencia de € 200.- No los recomiendo

Quarto pequeno, nada de estacionamento, zona envolvente não é bem frequentada. O Wc não tinha boas condições: sanita avariada, pouca pressão da água do chuveiro e de difícil regulação. pouca simpatia dos funcionários, estado do quarto degradado.

Hotel muy cómodo ya que se encuentra a 5 minutos de la estación de Toledo, 8 del casco histórico y menos de 10 del puerto. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. El baño también es amplio y con todo lo necesario para mantenerse aseado. El personal de recepción atento y servicial. Dados los precios de la ciudad podemos afirmar que la relación calidad precio es excelente.
