- Believe me or not. I am a very experienced traveler. It is not in my nature to complain very quickly. But LUX was a very bad experience.. - The price is much too high for what you get! - The rooms are extremely small. - The breackfast is not good as *********** does write. Actually it is very poor. The only thing fresh you get is a croissant en coffee from a very unpleasant grumpy woman, who is really not interessted to let you have a pleasant breackfast. - On the site you are attracted to the nice photo from the balcony witch seeview; the reality is very different. CONSTRUCTION WORKERS ARE NOW WORKING ON THE BUILDING. IT LOOKS IT WILL TAKE E VERY LONG TIME. NOTHING IS MENTIONED ABOUT THIS ALTHOUGH THIS IS HAS A BIG IMPACT ON YOUR STAY AT LUX; IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOOKED IT INDEPENTLY FROM THE REST OF MY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH LUX. Very early in the morning the noise starts and they can literaly step into you room. If you have a balcony you can not even use it! - - The host is very unwilling to help for any questions; For example, we did not get a room with a balcony. In the kitchen there is a balcony but we were not allowed to sit there because after breackfast the kitched will be locked for unknown reason. - Although there is a fully equipped kitched, you can not even use the microwave to warm up something. I understand it is bed and breackfast. But I do not understand the lack of hospitality; it will cost you nothing and give your guests so much extra service. Incomprehensible. - On *********** the information about parking is incorrect. It writes that the parking costs are € 20 per booking and not for 24 hours. And you pay € 20 for 24 hours. When I talked with the owner of Lux his reaction was very blunt; it is responsibility for ***********. To me it seems that he really does not care that guests get wrong information. - Thed beach you can only enter from 10;00 until 17:00. there is no possibility to walk there in the evening.

B&B a Posillipo a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal lungomare Caracciolo. Di fronte al palazzo storico Donn’Anna e con un panorama spettacolare sul golfo di Napoli. Ristrutturato con cura, la camera …onestamente niente di speciale, ma l’affaccio è unico. Comunque molto pulito, colazione all’italiana (niente salato) più che soddisfacente. Se non funziona l’ascensore è una mission quasi impossibile salire con i bagagli…sesto piano (in realtà a piedi le rampe sono 3 +6 del palazzo vero e proprio.) ascensore piccolo e abbastanza “datato”….va con 10 centesimi. Se si arriva in auto, è quasi impossibile parcheggiare, conviene lasciare l’auto al “garage Cava” a circa 500 metri dal B&B…prezzo in convenzione 25€ per 24 ore. N.B. Non rilasciano la ricevuta per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno (4,50€/pers.) pagata tra l’altro in contanti…bisogna richiederla al proprietario su Whatsapp.

Stanza molto bella, con una vista MOZZAFIATO, senza parole…. Servizio ottimo e molto cortese,a completa disposizione. La colazione si può fare anche sul balconcino, godendosi la magnifica vista. Ci torneremo il più presto possibile!!

Bella visuale, ma la camera non é nulla di che . Letto scomodo, tassa di soggiorno più alta degli hotel a 5 stelle. Colazione discreta. Abbiamo lasciato le chiavi al personale lí presente come ci era stato indicato, quando siamo andati via. Ci hanno chiamato 3 volte perché non trovavano le chiavi (la mano destra non sa quello che fa la mano sinistra!). Quasi quasi insinuavano che le avessimo portate con noi. Senza parole.
