We decided to stay here for our honeymoon and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, and how clean and modern it was. The hotel is at a brilliant location, close to the seafront and a short walk from a metro station. The staff were absolutely lovely and truly made our stay special. Everywhere they recommended we eat or see was absolutely amazing and took us off the beaten tourist path to find some great hidden gems. Every concern or request we brought up was acted upon quickly and with great customer service. The staff truly make the hotel special. The only slight downside was that we could hear most things that happened in the corridor outside our room as it echoed, however there was never really any noise outside of “daytime” hours, so it didn’t really bother us whatsoever.

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived the staff were so attentive and welcoming, it can be difficult to find as it nestled back from the main street but if you follow the signs you’ll find it. The room and hotel is beautiful, so many little touches that just make it perfect. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was large too. There was a tv in the room with netflix etc. The location is ideal too, it is around a 30 min walk in the centre of Naples and there are many restaurants and bars around, however if you’re English speaking you are best walking around 20 mins along the seafront which is where the more touristy area starts. Overall I can’t fault this stay in any way, it is just perfect and if we were to return we would stay here again!

Posizione abbastanza comoda al centro storico che risulta raggiungibile anche a piedi (35 minuti) percorrendo il lungomare; un grande applauso a tutto lo staff, disponibilissimo e di una gentilezza senza uguali; eccezionale anche la pulizia delle camere (non c'è un filo di polvere nemmeno sotto il letto!!) e della sala colazione. Consigliatissimo, non è semplice trovare tanta gentilezza, disponibilità e pulizia. Complimenti!

Lo classifico indubbiamente tra i migliori hotel di Napoli. La posizione strategica ti permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi il lungo mare di mergellina, la struttura è elegante ed allo stesso tempo molto accogliente, il servizio è impeccabile, la gentilezza dello staff e di tutti i collaboratori è quasi fuori dall’ordinario.
Potrei aggiungere tanto ma tanto altro.
Insomma, lo consiglio vivamente.

Sono stata in questo Hotel “Il Salotto della Regina” per la seconda volta ed è assolutamente il mio preferito! È meraviglioso, molto pulito e curato, ve lo stra consiglio se cercate un ambiente tranquillo e bello. Ci siamo sentite come se fossimo a casa, grazie al meraviglioso Team che è composto da persone molto professionali, educate e gentilissime, davvero con un cuore d’oro. Non vediamo l’ora di ritornarci!
