The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient: I requested an invoice with specific information and received it in my email within minutes! The room was very cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. Breakfast had a good variety of options with good quality. For the price, this hotel is value for money. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and service

Unexpected Stay Turned Out Great! We made a last-minute decision to stay over in Nanjing and didn’t have our passports with us, which initially caused a bit of a hiccup during check-in. The hotel staff were very understanding and referred us to the local police station to get the required approval. They were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Although the hotel was fully booked at the time, they quickly prepared a room for us while we waited. Once checked in, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Really appreciated the staff’s support and hospitality under unexpected circumstances!

I had an amazing stay at the Atour. The cleanliness was impeccable - everything from the lobby to the rooms felt fresh and spotless. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The location was also perfect - close to everything I wanted to see and do, with great dining and shopping options just a short walk away. The subway was a 5 minute walk to Line 1. Breakfast was standard fare Chinese hotel breakfast buffet but the check in staff did give us a discounted rate because we were staying for 4 nights. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Great place to rest while exploring the city. The laundry service was a big help.

地理位置：酒店周邊餐廳很多，步行5分鐘🉑到吾悦廣場 設施：一層大堂的設計很喜歡，進門會🈶休息區 到前台辦理入住會提供一杯🥃蜂蜜水，很暖心 這次很幸運的升級了房型，同時快速註冊成為朵員（當天🉑試用亞朵產品，選擇了肩頸貼） 浴室、電吹風能感覺到設施有些舊了 早餐： 菜品豐富，熱菜（有🦐）涼菜、沙拉（小杯子）、麪、粉絲湯…..對於這個價位的酒店已經很不錯👍 服務：前台員工不論是從房間下來還是從外面回來（都會經過前台），都會有員工説“你好”

很意外的一次選擇，亞朵的年輕化品牌，更貼近生活化的客人。地理位置也不錯，出行方便，旁邊好吃的好喝的應有盡有。 服務人員親和力超強，有求必應，像照顧家人一樣照顧旅客，酒店本身是有機器人送餐的，架不住端午住店人多，為了不讓客人等的時間太久主動送餐。這點值得點贊。 這兩天正值端午和小童節，酒店準備的了很多驚喜活動，包粽子套圈，記憶滿滿。還會再次入住的。

非常不值得的預訂，將近1000塊錢一晚，但是衹值三四百。我們是看中了城市景觀房才預訂的這個房間，結果所謂的景觀就是如圖所示，感覺被詐騙了 / Totally not worth it, room cost 1,000 RMB, but is really worth over only 3-400. We specifically booked a room with ‘city view’ and as the photo shows, this was no city view! Not impressed.

房間整潔衞生，設施齊全，離玄武湖很近，步行可至，前台服務熱評，有掃地機器人可以送外賣，check out的時候把電腦充電線落在房間裏了，前台還打了電話提醒，推薦

離玄武湖公園非常近，周邊有非常多好吃的館子，離新街口鐘山景區也不遠，很方便。 店內設施齊全，環境乾淨整潔，茶和咖啡很好喝，1樓有很多好書可以免費借閲。 工作人員熱心積極，服務非常好。 雞蛋裏面挑骨頭，沒有浴室拖鞋，需要自備。 沒有拍照的習慣，盜3張圖～整體非常滿意！
