Our trip to Nanjing left us with beautiful memories and a very positive impression. Largely attributable to the very pleasant stay at Swisstouches Hotel. We stayed in the suite from end May to early June. 1. Very clean and comfortable suite - About one of the most comfortable rooms I have had stayed in recent memory. Spacious, clean, well - kept, well - maintained. Reasonably priced. Whole place smelled good, no hint of musky odour, no tobacco smell, children had zero issue with allergy. Sound proofing was great. I do wish the kitchenette is better equipped with microwave oven, utensils and simple crockery. Not that we cook in the room, but I guess it is more convenient to have simple utensils available in the kitchenette. 2. Courteous, attentive and responsive service - Reception was courteous, patient and reliable. Restaurant staff were obliging and prompt (requests were attended to promptly, room cleaning staff were responsible and detailed. (I accidentally left the Do-Not-Disturb sign on, they left a note reminding me about that, and took the initiative to return in the evening to clean up the room - all without any request from me. I thought of just going letting the room cleaning pass for 1 day). Such conscientious work attitude is hard to come by. 3. Food was hygienic and ample - The buffet breakfast was amply stocked and spread was decent. Not an emperor's feast, but way enough to surpass expectations for most people. 4. Location was decent, safe - The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Nanjing city. So you get the tranquil, but you wont have the hustle and bustle. There are convenience stores and eateries well within a stone's throw. Ride hailing taxis are easily available too. But if you are expecting to walk to the tourist spots, you will have to stay in the heart of the city. I personally prefer a location like Swisstouches' . 5. Facilities - I only tried the swimming pool and gym. Very decent. Good enough for exercise and workouts during travel. Gym was well equipped, albeit a little messy. But that's more of gym users rather than the set-up. Swimming pool was well maintained and monitored at all times. Great for lane swimming. All in all, fantastic stay. Go back again? Big Yes.

It’s good hospitality hotel. Mr.Karif, who take in charge flont desk, always contact us for caring during stay at Hotel. I would like to recommend anyone consider to stay at Nanjing area trip.

My room was absolutely beautiful and clean! Most of the staff were most helpful and friendly. The living room space was tranquil and quiet perfect for those needing a break or needing to complete business assignments. The swimming facilities we clean and orderly. My only complaint would be that the valet/concierge service only helped Chinese business men with their luggage and neglected anybody else(including myself) regardless of the fact that I was carrying heavy bags around with me. I was most please to find the room equipped with not 2 but 6 bottles of water considering the warm weather. Aside from this I would definitely stay here again.

酒店獨特的設計，我很鐘意，一進門，就有大廳人員親切的接待，正是我所需要的。前台小哥哥Eric無微不至的關心，耐心專業的講解周邊景點和美食，酒店房間的免費項目也很多，透光性很好，整潔，簡直耳目一新，床也十分舒適，房間是中央空調，簡直就是殿堂級的享受，太貼心了!真心不錯，入住了兩天讓人感受到其他酒店沒有的關心!晚上還有水果，簡直貼心啊!

帶孩子入住南京瑞斯麗酒店，整體體驗相當不錯🤗🤗🤗 感謝小郭在入住期間給予的幫助，酒店工作人員服務周到、熱情有耐心，房間內瑞士風格佈景獨具特色，健身房游泳池條件很好免費使用，下次入住還會首選！

環境：酒店位置比較偏，沒有地鐵。 設施：房間面積挺大的，有毛巾烘乾架，床品挺舒服的. 服務：前台人員服務很熱情，不僅免費升級房間還送了歡樂時光簡餐 衞生：房間有略微潮濕的味道，整體衞生還是非常棒噠

真是一次舒適省心的住宿體驗~工作原因來到南京~酒店園區很乾凈~開了很多綉球花~工作之餘帶來了輕鬆愉快的心情~床品很舒適讓我有一個很好的睡眠~解決工作帶來的疲憊~大堂小哥很帥很有禮貌~服務很周到~瞭解了我的需求後還主動把房間升級了~真是不錯！用餐也很便宜~二樓有個麪館很實惠~三十多塊錢的套餐吃的很滿足，比外面老鄉雞好吃多了，聽説自助餐也很不錯，這次沒機會了~下次有機會再來嚐嚐吧~

住過衞生條件最無語的酒店，床單、被套真的很臟，如圖。向前台投訴後，前台第一時間沒有表示任何歉意，衹是問要換房間還是換床上用品。阿姨來更換床上用品時，也是笑嘻嘻的狀態，可能對此已經習以為常，又或者覺得這個客人有點多事？更可氣可笑的是，阿姨換被套的時候，自己又發覺還是有點臟，再次換了第二套。 因為是深夜，實在懶得太折騰去換房間和換酒店，但此次入住體驗非常糟糕，不吐不快。

酒店環境優雅，一樓大堂吧朋友聚在一起閑聊，還提供茶飲；早餐可以去二樓享用，週末的時候還會有豐富的自助餐；三樓可以享用各類的中式菜餚；六樓可以健身游泳，吃的玩的都很滿意。 在樓上找自己房間遇到的服務人員很熱情，主動為我指引，晚上回來休息的時候房間也整理的比較舒適。

入住住瑞斯麗酒店，服務態度好，早餐豐富，環境也安靜，感謝前台小郭的提供的優質服務，房間入住體驗整體還是不錯的，樓上樓下loft房型，設計和佈局挺好的，很期待下次入住，點贊！

酒店真的不錯，前台stephen辦理入住服務主動熱情，有求必應，還給房間進行了免費升級。房間很舒適。早餐也很豐盛，總體感覺還是很不錯的。下次還會選擇入住南京瑞斯麗酒店。
